Applebee's Grill

Service was very slow, but Anthony (server) was absolutely polite and apologetic. Other customers were yelling for server at the bar area, which made the experience awkward. Food was over cooked, chewy chicken and dry pasta (appeared microwaved). I will probably pass on this location, as they are understaffed and cooks appear to need retraining. Great server, but poor experience.

It has been awhile since we visited. I was saddened by the service and food. For a party of 2. One of the knives was dirty. It wasn't replaced until the meal was just about over. We shared the one clean knife during our meal . Steak, potatoes and vegetable. Garlic mashed potatoes and one steak was fine. The second steak was somewhat tough. The baked potato was raw. The waitress came and picked it up with her hands, put it on a paper napkin that was on the table and brought it back to the kitchen. The same potato came back when we were done. It had obviously been microwaved hard and beyond well done. The string beans were lightly cooked and hard and the broccoli was hard. The manager came over and did ask us if we wanted anything, but the baked potatoes wouldn't be available for another half hour. Disappointing to say the least. I expect more from the franchise and use it while travelling in the states usually because it is usually near the hotels and consistently good.

If I could give this a zero star review I would but I cannot. I went here one night because it was close and I was hungry. When I got there I was greeted and led to my table. The server was nice and he brought me some chips and salsa. The re were barely any chips on the plate and they were stale. It was bad. Then I ordered 2 more appetizers and it took forever! I was eating and found some food on the booth next to me. Nasty. I had ordered iced tea and it was never refilled. The place was very unclean! I will not be back. Stay away!

Great ribs. Never ate at an Applebees before and was pleasantly surprised. They have a gluten free allergy information menu that helps you figure out which sauces and dishes are safe if you have the allergy like me. I ate the ribs and didn't get sick. Great price as well. The server was super nice and patient waiting for me to figure out the allergy issue.

Everything was good, from the 1st step in the restaurant. No waiting, service was average, we ordered appetizers and they were good but no " WOW factors and your staff shows no enthusiasm. The best of the appetizers we ordered was homemade pretzels with the creamy white beer cheese dip. That was definitely the best 🌟 of the meal
