Chick-fil-a

Is there really anything bad to ever say about Chick-fil-A? We have had a slight addiction to it lately after not going for a couple years. (It was just too far from where we used to live) Now that one is closer to us we were making a daily lunch visit. The food is always good. We can just taste the difference in the chicken from other places. The people that work there are usually younger than 21 but very respectful and seem to be hard workers. It is actually a place I think any teenager would benefit working at for the experience & training for proper customer service. We always love Chick-fil-A.

I love Chick-fil-A! Staff very friendly and order was completed quickly. The drive thru signage was a little confusing where you had to circle the building and then go in front of the people at the pickup window. I felt bad because I saw a lady pulling up to the pickup window and trying to order food. Once you're in line, there is no way to exit the line. Whoops on who designed that. This last comment is no reflection on this location. They were wonderful! I get it's a nice touch to ask for a name, but how much of a nice touch is it if you mangle a name? My name is super simple and I always chuckle at what the slip reads, it's wrong every single time.

This place used to be pretty good, but it has now been crowned The worst Chic-Fil-A in the area. I waited in the drive thru (no exaggeration) 45 minutes for my food. When I finally got to the window, there were about 7 employees just staring at me doing nothing. The food tasted like it had been sitting for 45 minutes, fries were handed to me soggy and cold. They even forgot my sauces. I will not be retuning to this store, I would advise anyone else to drive just a little bit further to a different franchise. Nothing positive to say about this place.

This evening I ordered the Market Salad + yogurt/fruit parfait, and they were both EXCEPTIONAL — as advertised, the salad was clearly made fresh, perhaps to order! And the yogurt was also very good (+ I'm kinda finicky re: my yogurt. ;) I don't often review fast food because, unfortunately, my expectations aren't that high to begin with.. but today Chik Fit-A changed that so I thought it deserved noting 'for the books' since it's not always easy to eat right AND well these days. But Chik Fil-A nailed it! 5🌟

This is the slowest Chick-fil-A drive-thru around. They never get sauces right... many times the order is screwed up. Fry quantity is never close to where they should be which is I considered normal from other Chick filas across the country. This Location obviously has forgot about what customer service is and are just worried about their bottom dollar so I am done with all these Chick-fil-A's in this area and especially owned by this owner. Let him Sink. I would rather eat a ham sandwich from Walmart that has expired and a side salad of brown lettuce.

Absolutely the worst. What kind of chicken place does not have regular chicken strips. This place. I ordered online and didn’t realize all they have now are spicy chicken strips. And no one said anything. Half the people in my family could not eat it. Then the fries were soggy and undercooked. I also asked for no meat on my salad. That didn’t happen either. Then I called and they said I would come back and get a another salad. I was 20 minutes away so That was not an option. Then they said that I would have to call a corporate number to get a refund. Just awful food and terrible service.
