Burger King

Oh well. The buyer was cold. I drove to the parking lot to eat it. I ate the small fries then the burger. It was cold the bread was not toasted. I honestly felt insulted. I’m not a fast food junky. I cook whole some food at home. My job takes me far out on the road and every now and then I do fast food. My first and last time at this BK

My experience here was frustrating and just bad . Haven’t been to Burger King in a while so We thought it might be a good idea 🤦🏽‍♀️ Nope, as soon as my BF and I got to the counter there was confusion I couldn’t communicate with the cashier because of his lack of English. I asked if there was mayo on the Ch’King ? He couldn’t answer that & I still don’t know what kind of sauce is on the sandwich 😂 but any ways after a frustrating 6-8 mins we Ordered and I ended up getting the wrong meal 🤬 so at this point I’m so annoyed I walked away with the attitude and the food but my sweet baby Angel of a BF returned the food for me and got what I wanted in the first place . My sandwich was ok but his was awful I had the plain Ch’King and he had the spicy . He couldn’t even chew through his 🤷🏽‍♀️ But yea 30$ later and I would never go here again EVER and I do not recommend . I wish I took photos of the food . 🤢

They did not honor website/app deals even after they were ordered through the app. I ordered a substitute, which I was charged more for than the advertised deal. The person that took our order was unintelligible and the food wasn't terribly good. The service was basically non-existant. I've been to a lot of good BK's, this was not one of them. A fail in every single way.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. The man at the front desk was extremely rude & was acting like I was an inconvenience when I asked what sauce came on my burger , he replied with lettuce and onions and pickles and I said I want what sauce comes on the bacon king and he said “Mayonnaise.” with a dirty look & I said yeah I guess and he then said “ so no sauce” and at the point I was so confused and he was very very rude and made me so uncomfortable that I just said sure , extremely disappointed in the service and the food

Worst online / delivery experience EVER! I ordered through their website and it was to be delivered via Door Dash. I get an email confirmation as well as a text confirmation of the order with a tracking link. I received another text stating the driver was approaching and so I waited about 10 min. I then tracked it through the text and it showed it had arrived and the driver's name and phone number. I called the number provided and she said she had no idea what I was talking about, that she wasn't even "dashing" right now!! UN-FREAKING-BELIEVABLE!! I then called Door Dash and they said tried calling the same driver who didn't answer. Then they said I had to call Burger King to get a refund. I called BK and spoke to a manager who gave me a hard time before hanging up on me! NEVER AGAIN will I deal with either Burger King or Door Dash!
