Five Guys is consistent location to location! Great fries. Alert cashier heard me say I can't have dairy and knew the bun had milk in it and offered me the lettuce wrap instead. Great service!

Went to 5 Guys in. Old Saybrook about a week ago. The service was excellent. My sister and I were offered water while we waited for our order. The bugers were really good and the fries were so good. Best service. The establishment was very clean. Rest room was as well

We ordered & the girl said shed bring it out to our table. We sat outside & waited 15 mins for 2 hot dogs & fries, nothing came. It got cold so we went inside & sat & waited another 10 mins, til i finally went to counter to find our meal waiting, cold from sitting there & no one said anything to us! The food was good as usual just cold! If she hadnt said she was gonna bring it, we wouldnt have waited so long! Kinda disappointed! Only deserves 1 star, but the girl cleaning all the tables & surfaces was doing an excellent job, so she got them 2! Sorry! Pay attention to your customers!

Burger was cooked perfectly but the did mess up on the onions and instead of remaking a burger that had left the place they scraped it and added what I had asked for. For me, I don't care but health wise, i don't think OSHA or the Health Dept. would agree that it was a correct procedure
