Absolutely incredible food, crafted with love. You can watch the owner make the food in front of you and she was so generous to us. Extremely welcoming personalities of those cooking and overall very clean restaurant, even the bathroom was very clean.
This is the best Indian food I have ever had and we will definitely be back, soon. Highly recommend the samosas, Veg Biryani, and aloo gobi.

We celebrated Valentines Day here - had a great time watching our meal being prepared by the wonderful owner. The food was terrific, and the folks are friendly and generous. Delicious vegetarian and vegan food.

Wonderful place to get vegan food. Everything is freshly cooked. I have eaten here three times and have never been disappointed. The vegetarian items can often be made as a vegan option.
Located adjacent to the Himalaya Café.
This is the real deal, try it!

Amazing food! This small business blew me away! Everything was freshly made, and tasted very authentic. Next time I’m in this area, I will be sure to come back for more!

Horrible experience. Food taste was not up to the mark. Samosas were pre made frozen and was cold in the middle when served. Order took 2 hours to be served. Overall a bad experience.

Shakhari has re-opened! I definitely recommend giving it a try, it was absolutely delicious. We started off with samosas which were great on their own but also had the most flavorful sauces on the side. We tried the vegetable korma and sag paneer with different breads which were both outstanding. The staff was extremely tentative to make sure we had everything we needed and and to make sure we had the correct amount of spice to our dishes. We finished our night off with a tapioca desert that tasted like roses, it was light and like nothing I’ve ever tasted. We will be returning!

Excellent samosa & patra, followed by really delicious chana saag & chhloe puri. Perfect spice level too. Very hospitable service.
