Subway

I used to enjoy a good sandwich from subway, but my experience buying here was really bad, the guy who was making sandwich was rushing us, He made the sandwich with bad attitude. Very bad customer service & when we paid, he throws the sandwich in the counter. that's not nice. when is food it has to put it in the right place not throw it. For $ 13 dollars the sandwich it wasn't good it was dry.

The quality of their sandwiches have gone down so much not to mention the meats and onions look different ! The sandwiches are thin and prices are not worth it. New staff does not have safe serve certifications clearly as the new guys never switched gloves yet they touched everything behind the counter, register screen and our food after. Would not recommend to anyone and will not be returning.

The sub was ready on time from an online order. The store inside is reasonably clean (did not check the toilets but we are in COVID-19 times). My only qualm is that the lady refused initially to give me extra sauce on the side so I could dip my sub in it. Giving a side of sauce is not against Subway policy so she was clearly going on a trip. That being said, she came around and gave me some. The second issue, is that the toppings are not enough even if you request 2X in the app - maybe I like my vegetables :-) but too often, a company that limits you to one napkin, is never going to give you enough toppings if you're not right there asking for it.

I ordered online. The pick up time was 12:35. I went in 12:15 no one was there the lady refused to make it before hand. I thought she was punctual and went back in my car. I go back in at 12:33.And she still refuses and until then 4 people come in and then she starts shouting like a maniac.I have been going to this subway since 9 years and I am familiar with almost all the owners. The lady working there doesn’t respect break time of workers and is unfit for the job. I would never go back when she is there I felt very bad about it.
