A man Renee has quite the attitude for someone who is literally working for a corporate company serving customers. If you want to make your own rules you should probably on your own business and quite frankly you’re not gonna get there with the work ethic and attitude that you present. I arrived at 10:20 and simply wanted to place a lunch order. There was nobody else in line or even at the restaurant, Renee instructed that I would need to wait until 1030 and I could lap around and come back. No honey you can take my order and then walk it out to me when it’s ready as any other normal establishment would do. Placed a corporate complaint about this location and mentioned the several poor reviews apparently they are going to be completely cleaning house here as far as employment. Hopefully we can return to this location soon. Sidenote this was my first time even attempting to eat at this location. I’ve never been to a Burger King that’s denied making lunch at any time. There isn’t set lunch times at Burger King only for breakfast. This occurred on January 3 around 10:20 AM just in case he gave a false name as I noticed that’s an issue currently in many businesses. Employees refusing to provide names or giving fake ones.

This place has consistently been reducing in quality of their product. They serve hash browns that are half fried, cold and soft on the inside, burgers. Everything on your burger is sliding out more often than not. One small slice of tomato on your bun and two strands of onions at times. Even the ice mocha coffee varies in taste and texture every other time.

Honestly, the costumer service is horrible. You will never get the item the way you wanted it. They mess up the items every other few visits, and rarely pick up their phone. They frequently close their restaurant entirely, and blame it on the “terminals”. Staff should practice their hygiene before their next shift.
