I've ordered delivery several times Online this is by far the best Burrito Bowl I have received.
Other times its really nothing there but a bowl full of rice and a pinch of added ingredients of your choice.
This Steak Bowl is tasty 😋 and I actually got a decent serving size of chips that I love so much.

Worst experience I've had at this location. The little mexican girl running the cashier embarrassed not only me but the server who prepared my food. I ordered a large cup of quac and after the server filled the cup and put the lid on it she made him take some of the quac back out of the cup? She needs to be fired.

Worst pick up service of any Chipotle I’ve ever been to. It’s close to home so I use the app to preorder so I don’t have to wait in line. Three times in a row I’ve ended up waiting. 30 plus mins past my pick up time. Very unorganized for a Chipotle and I’ll just drive a little extra to the one down the road.
*Edit. Took over an hour. Was told they couldn’t refund my money when I tried to cancel the order. Complete mess

Upon picking up a catering order for my company, Chipotle realized that they had not made my order ahead of time. The manager came out and started helping his employees get my order out as fast as possible. One took everything to my car and the rest was handled properly as well. It called for happy employees at my work. We will be back!

Ordered my food online like a good Covid citizen. Parked up in front and walked in to a crowd of people staring at the pick up rack. Workers added food one by one and didnt call out the names, meaning everyone had to walk up to an overly crowded area to see if it was their order. All in all, its chipotle. They got my order right... I just think their pick up logistics could be a lot better and quicker.

They are so slow and we frequent this restaurant a lot as we live on this side of town. Count on taking 30 min to get an order over the net and 10-15 min if you stand in line with 8 people in front of you.
