This Burger King has done a great job of getting my special orders correct consistently. I had an issue with an online order (app issue) and the manager was great to work with and they got me the right order in about 2 minutes including my special order. In general Burger Kings get my orders wrong about half the time but this location has done much better than the others. Keep up the great job.

Placed mobile phone order. Arrive and there is a sign saying no fried foods, that includes fries or nuggests, only burgers. I ask the associate and she said only burgers. I ask to cancel my order. I then see them serving fries. Manager comes over and can't find my order to cancel it. We ask why the sign says no fries if they are serving them. He says what sign? We point to it and he rips it off. Says that was earlier. No sorry for the confusion, just turned around and started getting our order ready. Food was cold and tasteless. Odd since they made ours "fresh". Place is very dirty. Faucet in bathroom is ready to come off. Very loose, rusty and dirty. Soft drink machine is very gross. Hasn't been cleaned in a while. Lobby is dirty and needs refreshing.

Usually pretty prompt on service and getting your order correct. Today not sure what the problem was but had to wait longer than normal and my order was not correct. A bit dissapointed. May call and let them know.

It was ok. They were were having some issues with the drive through, had to drive to front door and wait for my order and so many others did too. They must have been short staffed.

Just went through the drive thru... order a meal with onion ring... got home couldn't enjoy my food... who serves old onion rings to customers... everytime I come here the employees look like bums... shirts are all faded, the manager looks like he don't shower.. a real turn off to eat here... we also order some chicken fries they we're disgusting also

Pulled up and the employees were blocking the door smoking. Manager was finishing her shift and was was alking around without a mask. Took about 10 mins to wait for my food. Nuggets were cold. Please be better guys!

I live close to this place and frequent it not so often. The food is ALWAYS
cold. I am amazed how fast they put the food together. It is hardly ever busy. I don't know why I even bother.

The dining room is open! It was great to get to sit in the restaurant and enjoy fresh Whoopers and onion rings! Every time we have eaten here, the employees have been incredibly friendly and helpful.
