This is the best Fazoli's. Food is always and I do mean always cooked right. My order is always correct, whether I order it online and pick up curbside, or go through the drive-thru. The staff is always friendly😀. Thank you guys so much😎

Manager was no help when her employee did not get my baked speggetti & meatballs in the sack for the door dash delivery person. She said the phone had not rung all night. I told her door dash has been calling for 30 minutes. She became agumentative with me. Pay attention to the out going orders. Look what happen to Taco bueno... they didn't service the pandemic. Poor customer service. Bad business.

The food is mostly great. Sometimes there seems to be a bit too much water in the noodles or not enough sauce to pasta ratio. The breadsticks are always fantastic though. The only issue I have with this location is every time I come here it almost always smells like marijuana. If it doesn't smell outside the restaurant then one of the workers smells like it. Especially the manager with dyed hair. I think her name is Lizzy or Lissy? Maybe short for Elizabeth or Melissa. I'm not sure. However every interaction I've had with her she has reeked of marijuana. I personally don't care what you do in your personal life however work is another thing. It just doesn't seem very professional. Especially for someone in management. Hopefully this gets sorted out sooner rather than later.

If your looking at my review it means the restraunt is amazing. I have come here when in town and food is on point. All following Covid requirements and Rosie was amazing to help during a date night out. Food was cheesy more than the moon had wholes. And sauce like the rings of Saturn. Def recommend. Great deal, times, and wonderful team there.

My fiancee and I went here today.
Wig covid-19 it was empty but the food was AMAZING. The worker there she loaded us up with the whole tray of bread sticks! Definitely a great place to eat if you're hungry.

MELISSA is always amazing! Tonight I got to meet Cameron... WOW! This place exceeds expectations by a long shot! Totally patient with our large family order. They did not miss a beat. Kitchen was clean, prices were so reasonable, food was hot and fresh. Got chocolate cheesecake and can’t wait to eat it when the kids go to bed!!! Lol!

Great food and service at a cheap price. Us 3 got a good, big portion of food with dessert for around $40. Also....UNLIMITED BREAD STICKS!

It's drive thru Italian food. It's very good prices and the food and service is alright. The breadsticks are top notch though!
