Ordered their "signature" Brisket Sandwich. a Market Fresh Turkey, Bacon, Ranch and curly fries. Brisket was burnt to a crisp, curly fries were overcooked and hard as a rock. Market Fresh was Chicken not turkey, no bacon, no ranch. Very little meat. The people who work here are not friends of meat and not friends of their customers. This was awful. See photos
UPDATE!! Someone called me and said they were a Regional manager or some type of Area manager for Arby's. She apologized for the bad food and said she would send coupons for free food. That was a month ago and I still have not received the coupons. So not only do they have horrible food but their managers also do not follow through on trying to do damage control.

Stopped in for a quick bite. Had the roast beef gyro. Very good sandwich. Great customer service by the staff up front!

They do not have posted that they close at 8pm anywhere! So there was a line of us and no one in the restaurant said anything. I finally called and they explained they were closed and Google refused to update the time.

Couldn't decide what I really wanted to eat so I ended up going thru the drive lane and got something since its been awhile since I was here last. I ordered the #12 combo meal ( double roast beef sandwich with medium sized curly fries and a medium dr pepper) along with a 7 pc. mozzarella cheese sticks. I must of been really hungry cuz all the food disappeared quickly!! This location always seems to be a bit empty on customer's but when I get there the food is always hot and freshly made. I like this location because of the friendly staff and the hot food i get but staff is also knowledgeable about the food they serve.

I came to this restaurant and went through the drive through. There was a line, so I patiently waited till it was my turn. It was around a 15 min wait in the drive through line, I’m assuming due to low staffing like everywhere. When it became my turn it was 8:03 and upon pulling up to the menu I was greeted by “I’m sorry but we just closed.” Flabbergasted I said excuse me I’ve been waiting in this line over 10 minutes, and received the same message. I looked all over the menu for any type of sign or notice that they had shortened the hours of operation and found nothing! Completely blown away by the lack of customer service and overall disrespect!
