This shop needs a deep cleaning. We were immediately greeted by a very kind young lady and placed our order quickly. She even convinced me to order milkshakes for my kids in a kind way. Unfortunately, that is pretty much the highlight. Our meal took 30 minutes to get to us and by the time it did, all of the fries were room temperature. My kids enjoyed their milkshakes and the burgers were okay. I ordered a cup of chili and it was mostly beans and liquids and kind of boring. If this restaurant wants to improve, I highly suggest a deep cleaning. Bathrooms, seating, tables, floors, and kitchen were grimy. The manager was very kind, too.

Stopped by on our way out of town. Not bad. Relatively clean. They seemed understaffed, most places are lately. Girl at the front counter was very kind. Food was decent and correct. Didn't take long to get to us either. mom really enjoyed her steak burger.

Food was fine. Ordered on the app. It said go inside to pickup, and it would be ready in 12-17 minutes. I give them an extra 5 minutes, and show up 22 minutes after placing the order, just incase they're busy.
Go to the counter, and find out they hadn't even started it yet. Mind you, there was only one table occupied in the entire place.
Lesson learned...use the drive thru. I watched at least 6 cars pass through as I waited inside.
There were 4 employees working, so they had enough staff to handle the load. My guess is they just weren't paying attention to the online orders.
Food was hot and correctly made, and they were apologetic.

Whereas the restaurant across the street had a huge line, this place did not. I saw the ad for the Porkbelly Double Steakburger and was SO excited to try it. At the drive thru they told me that they are out of porkbelly. Maybe that's why nobody was in line. They suggested a Western burger, saying it was basically the same thing. I refused. I came for porkbelly.
I ended up with a double original and fries. The burger was good. The fries were not.

An absolutely amazing place with wonderful food and people and a really nice old school but well kept atmosphere. Tons of great steakburgers and shakes! Food for picky eaters or go all out and order one of the other really good menu items! A must go to if ever stuck on dinner or lunch options for a good price.

Not thrilled with the mobile order process. Still had to call to let them know I was there even though the app has a location feature that lets them know how close I am, plus the number was always busy. Still had to wait approx 10 minutes for my food. Both burgers were put together very sloppily, fries and onion rings were over done and shakes were not thoroughly mixed.
