Pizza Shoppe

Our family has been here quite a bit and was always a lovely experience. We'd tip more than usual and even leave notes on the receipts about how much we appreciated them. I was even recommending them to someone nearby the other day, but now I don't know if I can set foot in here ever again... We were just trying to figure out what we were going to do after we were told we couldn't seat ourselves (as a sign said) for an hour, but then we were told 30 minutes by the next staff member (so what is it? Should we wait? Should we get a to go order?). Then my 5 year old son accidentally knocked over the "seat yourself" sign and they kicked us all out because we were "being too distracting". Made my son cry. We were just shocked. We've been here before and never been treated like this. Incredibly rude and disrespectful staff. I don't recall ever being treated this way at any restaurant, ever. In fact I can't recall ever being kicked out of any place in my life, especially when we're just trying to give them our business with the conflicting information we were given, and trying to figure out what we were going to with our two young children in tow in a civil manner. Well, after many years, I guess they never want our business again. I'm still just flabbergasted by this hours later.

The pizza is very good. The bread sticks are great, not made from pizza dough and overly greasy like other places. We like the topping options here. I would give it 5 stars if there were crust options too. Also, the "Alfredo sauce" was more like a watered down Parmesan tasting gravy. Our whole group decided it couldn't have been real Alfredo sauce. Maybe we just got a bad batch?? Anyway, I still recommend Pizza Shoppe!!
