I had the steamed dumplings. The texture was as if they were boiled (soggy). I am not a fan. There is no indoor dining at this time which is understandable, but I expected more. Perhaps chopsticks, a fork, and a napkin.
I will say the people were very friendly when I picked up my order.

We ordered the Orange Beef & Lemon Chicken with fried rice and Pork Egg Rolls. Huge portions! The Orange Beef was full of flavor and the Lemon Chicken was okay. The rice and egg rolls were really good. Friendly staff, clean space, overall a really good experience.

You enter and no one is there. After a minute someone shows up and show you to your seat. You see three other table with dirty dishes that won’t be cleaned up by the time you are done eating. The holes in the soy sauce cap are crusted shut. The host seemed clueless and overall awkward experience. The soda machine is not hooked up. The spring rolls are thick and crunchy like an egg roll not the traditional thin crispy shell. The veggies in the Mongolian beef were soggy and overall very sweet. The General Tso’s chicken had no spice even though red pepper flakes could be seen. It also came with three tiny pieces of broccoli which seemed silly in contrast to the portion of chicken. Just leave it out. Don’t use the bathroom. Overall 3 stars on the food but 2 for cleanliness.

Travelling through area and this restaurant recommended by hotel receptionist. Everything very good. Particularly liked the hot and sour soup and the pan fried pork dumplings!

I frequented the panda express down the road and soon realized i was eating the mcdonalds of chinese food. I searched for a Chinese restaurant nearby and found Tea Garden a couple miles away with the same entree i was getting at panda. SOOOO MUCH BETTER. You can taste the quality difference in every bite.

Highly recommended for takeout. Not much ambiance for sit down meals. Great food, fair prices. Really enjoyed it.
