This is the worst Panera I have ever been to in my entire life. I use to order frequently because I work really close, They have messed up my order so many times but I always gave them a benefit of a doubt and another chance. After Yesterday and todays experience I’m done with this Panera forever. I went in yesterday and ordered a bagel and a drink for rapid pickup. Got back to work and my bagel was so burnt it was rock hard and crumbled burnt bread all in my mouth. I went back today and showed the lady the picture and asked if I could get it remade. She gave me so much attitude and made me feel like a burden. I work in customer service and I worked in the food industry for 4+ years. You don’t treat customers like that. I then proceeded to wait forever for my bagel to be remade which made me late to work, when I got my bagel it was completely burnt again. I’d rather have an untoasted bagel then a burnt one. Worst Panera location ever!!!

I was on the first leg on a long road trip and decided to stop at this Panera location for a snack. I decided to get a few bakery items but the variety of bakery items were sold. I purchased a few items from their limited quantity, it wasn’t very fresh but was still flavorful. Overall, this was a good experience.

I am not sure if this location is short staffed but I do know service was not that of a normal Panera. No greeting. No smiles from the employees. Long line. Seemed very unorganized. I ordered a breakfast wrap and the were out of the wraps. They need help

I always enjoy Panera's soup and half sandwich. The bread is always fresh and delicious. The prices are reasonable. They're usually crowded but we can always find a seat. You can buy their bread to take home.

I went to pick up 2 dash orders. Was there over an hour and the first order that was handed to me was incorrect. The second order was also incorrect. This was after waiting over an hr for the two orders. Nobody working the front didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Just walking back and forth and doing nothing. They didn’t even read the orders. I was handed incorrect drinks was handed 1 item in a 9 item order. Would never recommend going there

Ordered couple weeks ago... they shorted me part of my order. Gave benefit of the doubt... Ordered today at 1030 for a 1205 pick up. Not ready, said it was #2 in line. Had to cancel because I didn't have time... needless to say I won't be going back

I went there for breakfast. I had black ice tea, a bacon tomato egg wrap, and a blueberry muffin. Every item was excellent. The customer service very good. I highly recommend this location. I will visit there again.

Messed up my to-go order in 3 different ways. Specifically asked for a pickle that I was told automatically comes with my sandwich, no pickle. Ordered a salad w/o chicken, got w/chicken but no fork! Ordered a Mocha and got a latte.
