Opened my chicken strip dinner and gravy is everywhere no lid on the gravy at all!! No lid to be found in the box or nag either!!

Normally I love going here. But today was a whole mess that was inexcusable. I understand they are short staffed and over worked but charging a person $30 and them giving them cold hard food is not okay 😒😒 definitely will be steering clear for awhile. Update....... Gave them another try tonight. This time went in to order and the store was absolutely trashed. There was ice cream melted all over the place behind the counter and trash covering the floor. Workers were literally kicking trash as the walked around. As far as the food it was hot and good. Got it to us fast

Horrible experience, asked for strawberry Ice cream with m&ms they gave us vanilla with strawberry sauce. We asked for a small twist in a cup and gave us twist in a cone. Customer service was awful and waited a long time too

I'm from San Antonio, which unfortunately there are none, so Braum's burger n ice cream are a MUST when I'm around one. #2 with cheese and a banana nut bread ice cream ate my Go-To. Don't forget the Braum's sauce!! 🤤🤤🤤
N FYI... I think it's even better than Whataburger or DQ

The service was awful..
The kids was so slow that I am surprised tge ice cream wasn't melted by the time he handed it to us. And he wasn't going d I wn the line. He skipped over people that had been standing there waiting.

Slow service and I waited for ice cream for over 10 minutes since they had to find a container. Spoiler alert .. my other ice cream melted during the wait…so sad. The lady actually worked on other orders as I stood there and told me she would get to mine soon. Wow…and she had already found the cups lol

Braum's isn't what it used to be, ice cream taste is different as is the funky tasting milk that used to be the best in Oklahoma.

If I could give a negative star I would my 13 year old took a bite of his burger started choking an had to pull a long hair out of his throat and looked in his burger there was several more...
The threw up all over my car an no one ate there food because it looked like it was purposely placed on the burger. Will add photos to this soon.
