I had good experiences at waffle house as well as bad experiences at waffle house however this experience was perfect and that I can honestly say it's the first time I've ever had a perfect experience at waffle house. upon walking in the waiter was prompt to the table while helping other customers, courteous, informational she thoroughly knew the menu, suggestive of positive items. once our order was taken she promptly called the order of the cook who immediately started to prepare our meal. upon receiving our food we realized that the cook had prepared a perfect meal so not only was the waitress great the cook was equally perfect. everything was made to order exactly as we asked. and this all happened meanwhile seven other customers were also placing orders with our waiter and our cook the only two people working. P. S. both the waiter and the cook had a positive attitude the entire time. from the time we arrived to the time we left was a total of 35 minutes this included the time of us placing our order finishing our meal and getting out the door. promptly I just want to thank the two that were working at waffle house tonight for amazing service!
What can I say Waffle House. I have yet to have a bad experience here. My food was prepared from please just like I wanted it.
I've been coming here for years. Is the building old and in need of updating? Yes. Is it in need of a good cleaning at times? Yes. But the food is always good and I've never had bad service. I think they have some of the best tasting Bacon and sausage you can get, and the Pecan Waffles are just delicious.
And the Hash Browns? Yummy!
I enjoyed going and eatting here. The staff was friendly and even willing to talk and joke with its costumers while cooking their meals or topping off their drinks. Its nice to see it twenty four seven as well and even further nice that its in a good location. The only downside I can see to this place is two things. One, the place is a bit on the dirty side. Its nice to sit down and eat but when the table I sit at I need to wipe off to eat then its a bit problematic. Another issue is how limited the menu is. But otherwise, good place to eat.
At noon on Sept 11, was seated at the Waffle House while the girls worked feverishly to clean up after the previous rush. Ordered my breakfast upon receiving immediate, friendly service. Then an old boy a couple tables over got up and started belly aching about he just wanted to pay for his coffee and was outa there because it was "so dirty". It was cleaned up and spotless by the time he got his money out because the girls were on it already. He just kept on complaining and berating the staff. I got up and told the cashier to put his Bill on mine and told him to just get the #### outa here. He left, flopping me off because paying his Bill burned him so bad. The whole restaurant was all smiles and chatter after the incident which, I think, made all of our days. The girls treated me to free breakfast and a free Waffle coupon, and it was hugs all around as I thanked them for their hard work as left beaming and satisfied! Great experience!
Great Waffles and eggs the way you want. Excellent Service. If this changes let me know. We went with a someone who had never been to a waffle house and He will return, for more great breakfast and Coffee.
I've had awesome experiences at this location. During my visits, they have had clean facilities, courteous staff, quickly cooked and great tasting food. I will be back and tell others about this location.
The taste of this Waffle House food is so good. had a new worker taking the orders today but hey I don't mind if somebody is training on me! thank you for your good service!
It's a Waffle House. It's simple, good food in s cozy, clean L shaped seating. They give Airmen or anybody military in uniform a discount. This one DOES NOT give Veterans discount. Like me, I have disabled Vets card. Other Waffle Houses do. That's why they lost a star.
We have our favorite, we like the cooks, the managers and the waitresses. Some music, smiling faces and food cooked quickly,and the way we like it. The key to WH is knowing what you like, a crispyier waffle, an old style omelette with cheese steak, even hot syrup not microwaved in plastic but warmed on the grill. I've heard the gripes, too much oil, not cooked enough..etc. Just request it, they can do it. Oh, sit at the bar and take in the action of an old school Waffle House.
