I haven’t been here in a few years because it’s always an issue with the service and waiting for your food. Today I placed the order on line at 11:15 and I went to pick it up at 12:39 after standing in line about three minutes waiting to be held it was about another five minutes before my food was actually ready. Their french fries are always good and I extremely pleased with my Hawaiian chicken sandwich the other chicken sandwich is lemon pepper I’m not sure if my husband is going to like it but we’ll see.
Talk about the Freshest Fries 🍟 Chicken 🐔 Corn 🌽 and Veggie Sticks in town. Talk about the Fastest, Clean, most Efficient service in town. Pricy BUT GREAT, worth every single cent. Been here twice this month already and I WILL NOT STOP🤣🤣 and I urge You to please do the same and thank me later.

Coming to change my review. What a turnaround and a good way to win back a customer, I came in tonight and ordered 2(10)piece wing combos the food was hot and fresh. The manager Jeffrey made sure that I got a discount that was previously promised written in the order book due to last order being incorrect. Tasia and darnell were both friendly and very welcoming with great customer service. The establishment seem to be pretty clean. And the wait was not long. Good job Wingstop PM team keep it up!
Wings were fried perfectly and there was seasoning on all of the wings this time. The cashier even went out of her way to have me verify they were good before we left! I'll be back.
Came to the location some time last month and was absolutely blown away by the outstanding customer service!! I forgot his name, but he has a gold grill. The food was banging! I got a 10piece combo, with the fried corn and a roll. All of it was, good! The guy that took our order even came to our table to see how we were doing. It’s hard to come across that kind of hospitality in actual restaurants. One thing I would suggest, is having a tip option for credit/debit purchases. I didn’t have cash but would’ve loved to have left a tip for such excellent service. I went to the mwc location just this last weekend and was let down! They need to reach out to guys for help! You guys did an amazing job! Keep up the hard work! I’ll be back soon.
I placed a door dash order which got cancelled and my food was stolen by the dasher had to call DoorDash and get my money back. I ended up placing another order over the phone amazing customer service btw. I drove to the restaurant and went to pay and they honored my whole order and gave it to me on the house due to all the trouble. AMAZING SERVICE and my order was complete in an exceptional timely manor! Highly recommend best Wing stop in town by far Thank you!
Our contact with the manager, Geffery, was awesome! We called it in and when we arrived we received the food instantly. His customer service was phenomenal!!!
