Sonic Drive-in

Today November 23rd 2023, at 12:49 p.m., I ordered four items and three tater tots. I did not check the bag before I got home which is totally my fault, But when I got home I realized they had missed one item. So I called them back and was referred directly to the manager, who was extremely nice and pleasant, I told her what had happened and I live about 15 minutes away from this location and she remade the entire meal for me so that it would still be hot for my family when I got back home. This is what I call good service!!!! The only gripe that I have is not at all with any of the Sonic employees whatsoever. In fact, every employee I talk to in this process was extremely nice and pleasant to deal with. The only gripe I have is that the portion sizes of these menu items have gotten completely ridiculous especially for the amount of money that we pay. Just as an example, I ordered one sausage egg and cheese croissant aka "Coissonic sandwich" And this sandwich was literally smaller than the palm of my hand. I asked the manager about this when I returned to pick up my new order she had made freshly, And I was told by her that unfortunately Sonic had changed the sizes of everything and they were now dictating the sizes of everything that they are allowed to make. Which I understand from a business standpoint, however if you pay $5 for a sandwich I think that sandwich needs to at least be the size of the palm of your hand, If not....a lot bigger. So today Sonic you get an A+ in my book for your customer service and especially for the manager on duty. However these portion sizes to price ratio is a ridiculous value in my opinion. So if the manager who helps me this morning reads this I hope You know that you made my day. And if anyone from Sonic is reading this I hope you guys know that I guarantee you I'm not the only one upset with your portion sizes.

Oh my lord, Last sonic in Del/Midwest city with fast and great service. Drink was out in two minutes and food was out in 4ish. Headset was answered in less than ten seconds, wow. Great experience will return. Parking lot was clean, stalls worked, car hop was friendly. Point off because mngr sounded stressed and rushed with only 5 cars. Point off because meat was a little dry and unseasoned and could not taste real cream...probably mixed with water.
