Great service, the new manager here is very friendly and professional. The restaurant was clean. Not a big fan of taco's etc, but this place does a great Job.
We visted the Western and Memorial store. The lobby was clean, salsa bar was fresh and fully stocked and the food was great. More than anything, we were absolutely blown away with the staff. Cash, Merrick and Myra went above and beyond with their service and were all SO nice. Far above the typical service you would expect at a fast food joint. They deserve all the kudos. We will be back!
I work for UPS so for lunch time during the summer finding a place with AC is a must.
I use to come here last year and even 2 years ago when I was in the area and the customer service was terrible. They would lock the doors so I couldn't come in, when they saw my uniform they would then let me in but they all acted weird about me eating inside.
Last week I met Cash the new GM and he did a fantastic job at serving perfect customer service. The whole crew is a completely new one from what I remember and they are all making the store a better place.
Manager was on point. The Food and how fast the food got out to me with great quality was better. I had 30 minute lunch I was able to get in and out with smile on my face and very satisfied tummy. Whoever the cook and prep was there that day I wanted to make sure she serve me again. She set the bar high now I not gona expect anything less!
My wife and I were in there this evening and besides the food being great and the restaurant being clean, what stood out most was the manager named Cash. Cash was sure to greet every customer and make them feel welcome. Furthermore, as people were finishing their meals, he was telling them to just leave everything on the table and he would clean up. If anyone protested, he would just say he was there to serve. Cash has a true servant's heart and is the perfect person to lead a team of people!
First time here since moving to OK and Donna made that experience the absolute best! She was an older woman working the drive thru and her customer service was TOP NOTCH! This woman exceeded her job! I will be back for sure!
We had a great experience here this evening. Food was quick and hot, just as expected. The welcome was warm when we entered the lobby. The store manager Cash, who also was running the register, was very helpful. We will return when in the area, thanks!
Went into the establishment to get taco's for the kids. Thought I was coming out with some good stuff. But the cook didn't have that idea in mind. (1st photos of food with angry cook.) Then Manager Tyler stepped in and refunded my whole entire order and made the whole order over and fresh. Great job! Keep up with that type of Customer Service...

This is probably my favorite taco bueno in the area. They have a lot of great deals and the food at this one tastes fresh. The drive through is speedy and friendly as well. Their party quesadillas are a nice addition to their menu along with their 3 for $3 deal they have added. I'm not a huge fan of their new queso though. They need to bring the old one back.
I went to the 2nd and Blvd location and they messed up my order. The beef cheladas came out chicken. But my man cash at the memorial location told me that they aren't connected as far as revenue but he would correct it for me. He got our order up quick with superior service. Amazing guy
