Had my first visit to Freddy's tonight at the May Avenue location. I have to say I was absolutely SLAYED at how awesome the visit was. Some of the best food I've had in a while. Quick service, excellent staff, and looked wonderful. Everything was well stocked and clean. We will definitely be back.

Pretty tasteful steak burgers. Fries are thin and tasty. Floors are almost dangerously slick. Frozen custard items are to die for. Flavors still good. Floors better tonight

I pick up deliveries 🚚📦 from this location and I was able to try a sample of the ice cream I mean custard and you just have to sample for yourself 😁 I scream for custard now!

Staff and management at this location are WONDERFUL! Service is fast and everyone is friendly. Chocolate oreo shake is the best

I visited for the first time today. Gerard was excellent and gave me top customer service. I also spoke with a lady there , but didn't get her name. She might have been a shift leader or manager, not sure but she was fantastic also. Thank you for making my visit a great one!!. I will be back. The only Freddy's in the area, this location has been pretty outstanding for years, but recently in mid-2023 it seems they've been struggling a bit. They're usually rock solid, but recently they've been having trouble dealing with the lunch rush smoothly and getting orders right. Food is still great though! Hope they work through their rough times!

We come here quite a bit since our son loves the cheeseburgers and concretes. We had some problems a long time ago (got a burger missing the top bun once even lol) but this last year or so we started giving it a shot again. Today I came in to do an order for four so I went inside instead of going through the drive thru and Nicky helped me out. Not only was she supremely nice to me, she was extremely patient with what was a complicated order with a number of substitutions (I love the California burger with grilled onions on it... Reminds me of In-N-Out). Will definitely be back.

It was my first time trying this place and I wasn’t sure on what to get. CJ was very helpful! He recommended me some options ended up with a burger and some frozen custard. He was amazing.

This is one of the better Freddy’s I’ve been to. Burger was over flowing the buns. Plenty of fries. Freddy’s is always good though. One of my favorite places.
