Whataburger

Whata can I say about the WHATABURGER on sw59th? NOTHING BUT GOOD!!! Due to shortcomings in the whataapp, namely the inability to order BOGO on the app and get a QR code and(especially if like us, you want to get out of the car, sit down and eat!), and pay in cash or card in store. That said, just like the food is ALWAYS good quality, now as for service, people are people and all people have bad days and in an environment like that it can be contagious, so it's possible for a good place with good people to have a bad day as a whole. That was not the case tonight!!! Natasha and her manager under her went ABOVE AND BEYOND TONIGHT!!! After the app would not take my perfectly good debit card, these two absolutely wonderful women took care of the problem, made it right, and even made it special order with some of what came on it on the side!!! You want a good full or Jr burger in the city? I HIGHLY SUGGEST you hit a Whataburger!!!

First this is for a particular woman 👩🏾working there but I don't know her name. I believe she is the manager that works during the mornings🌞. She is just the sweetest most non selfish giving woman I have ever met in a fast food industry. Everytime my husband and I go in the mornings when she is there she always gives us a free French fries or drink🥤 when our wait is long or just to do it. I'm not only saying all this just because she gives us free food or drinks either. She is just a genuine hard-working human being. She is the type that leads by example! We need more people like her💐 in this cruel world!🌎 Lastly I appreciate all the staffs hard work making it possible for us as consumers to get our delicious food to eat and for keeping the lobby clean! 💯👨🏻‍🎤💯 👩🏻‍🎤💛Y'ALL ROCK!💛💯🕺🏻💯💃🏻

Ordered on the app at 430 am. When I arrived, I was told they weren't taking orders because their truck had come and they were still putting things away. They did make my order, but when I was sitting at the window for 10 minutes waiting for my food, the man that handed me my order didn't speak a word to me and seemed rude. I felt as if I was a burden to them. I saw nothing in the back that could have been dropped off from a truck needing to be put away. I did, however, see the employee outside smoking when I arrived. Maybe he was upset I interrupted his smoke break. Food was good, attitude was not.

I guarantee nobody leaving these reviews has ever worked in food service, so ima be straight up. As a line cook, this night crew was awesome. Whole parking lot was filled with cars at 12 pm at night, and the employees were working hard, helping each other AND still seemed like they were having some fun, great environment, even better food. Don't be upset for waiting when you pull up to a whataburger and the lot is full, cause what did you expect?
