Carol was one of the best servers me and my girlfriend have ever had, anywhere. The servers here are always great, as well as the atmosphere. I’m giving the food 4 stars because normally it is top notch, but tonight it was terrible. My steak was overdone and my girlfriend’s hamburger steak was underdone. The food is definitely hands down some of the best, especially the rolls & butter, fried pickles, and New York strip steak. Service was good with our waiter coming by frequently. The place is a vibe with country music, all the decorations and large TVs by the bar. The only big complaint I have when I go is the chandeliers at the table hang way too low. If they were any lower, I feel like you'd smack your head.

I also enjoy the food at Texas Roadhouse but not so much the service. This go around the service was excellent!! Austin was our waiter and he was on point! He was very polite, took care of our table with class and provided superb customer service! I will want someone like this working for my company. Thank you and really enjoyed the meal!

Always a good time at Texas Roadhouse! We passed on the appetizers and straight to dinner. My wife and I each order the 12 oz Ribeye cooked the way we wanted. They came out perfect! She choose the loaded baked potato I went with the sweet potato. Side salads for both - it’s great that they serve in very cold bowls! Of course the rolls were awesome!! We had a terrific server and she was very pleasant to talk to! We paid at the table and I was hoping to give her a good rating & comments but that wasn’t an option. So I asked to speak to the manager to let them know we very pleased with our server.

Definitely a five star! This is my fourth time dining here and the experience is as amazing as before! The vibe of the restaurant is good, and the waiter is nice and friendly! I joined the waitlist before so the wait wasn’t too bad. I got the 12oz ribeye medium and the stake is juicy with a smoke taste! The potion is good so it is easy to finish the stake before it got cold! Now you can pay at your table using the device on the table, which is quicker and more convenient since there are so many other people! Another thing is that the manger came to check us and I think it is a new thing they are doing to make sure everyone is enjoying their time there. And I love they are putting more effort and attention in it!

Long wait even with a reservation (wait list add) we waithed nearly 45 minutes past our expected seating time. I understand thats not always the restaurant's fault, but they should have told us to expect that ling of a wait. Then, about 25 minutes after we ordered, the manager came to our table to tell me they had run out of chicken fried steak and asked me to select an alternate. I chose shrimp, and then when our meal came, it was the chicken fried steak. I was fine with it, but was all set up to expect shrimps. Chicken fried steak was good. Just kinda made us wonder why.... we will go back, but hope service and wait times are better.

Kat did a wonderful job tonight, I have 3 kids, and my wife and I were in there for maybe 10 mins before we were seated , Kat introduced herself suggested something from the menu, and asked about drinks for our kids 1st which really impressed me. Got all our drinks , and was super helpful to all our questions. Special thanks to her and all the staff for making our meal the best ! The men’s restroom was broken, not a big deal but my son had to use the restroom. The Dining area was awesome and super clean! And nice and cool from a hot hot day.
