This location has managed to take an item that is normally a pillowy yet crunchy chalupa shell and turned it into a hard cardboard shell. So disappointing. Server was great. Manager or cook that made the decision to serve a previously cooked and saved for later use chalupa shell is not at all concerned with quality or return customers. I wish you could hear the thump it makes when I tap on it.

Clean, convenient place to get a quick bite to eat while travelling
Food was served hot and as ordered. Employees were pleasant. Bathrooms and dining room looked like they had been attended to.
We did not use the app today but it often gives specials and promos so is worth checking out.

Daniel does a great job here. Best manager a franchise can ask for. Pay him more money before he finds someone who pays him what he's worth

Was open for walk in take out but not anymore door was locked and had a lockbox attached.
Closed down .
It was good when it was kfc / Taco Bell but they lost that a while back .
Most of Illinois is turned to sh1t.

What a joke. Nobody in the place took 10 min to get one order done and to top it off 9 of the 12 tacos shells were broken and half at best full in the shell. Love taco bell but this place just plain sucks.

Excellent experience at this establishment. Guy who I assume was the manager was very friendly and helpful. Food was made quickly and order was correct. My crunch wrap supreme was a little cool in the middle but was still very delicious. Would definitely eat here again.

I went through the drive-thru for my free taco for the Steal A Base Steal A Taco promotion. My experience was top notch. The folks working the drive-thru were so polite. My order was correct and tasted amazing. The service was extremely quick. This location is superb. And might I add, they have the best lemonade in town.

We made a grave error stopping at the taco bell in Ogelsby. At least my son got part of a video featuring obscenities shared between customer and employee over how long he waited. Finally got our food after about 20 minutes. The tacos were ALL lettuce and 2 teaspoons of a meaty substance. My family loves Taco Bell, but most of our meal from this establishment went into the trash.
