Jimmy Johns

Food is delicious. Service is okay. Atmosphere was eh. Ill Admit I went to the drive-thru but they were not super awesome. And I was nice and didn't call the office when a Jimmy John's car tailgated me on the way home as I'm not trying to get someone fired but maybe just some attention to rules of the road no matter who you are

Ordered delivery once again from Jimmy John's today, only problem was that they forgot my drink. Everything else in my order was great though and when I called the store to ask about my drink they were very kind and understanding. They quickly delivered the drink and even gave me 2 extra brownies. It was very considerate of them and I appreciate them going out of their way to make a second trip just for 1 drink. Also every time I have gone to the store (I always use the drive through) they have always been very fast in preparing my order and always are very friendly. 100% would recommend Jimmy John's ^^

I visit this location a lot! My go to is to order online and go through the drive through to pick up. It's super convenient and the line moves quick. If you visit Jimmy Johns a lot download their loyalty app for freebies by earning rewards. Love the jalapeno chips and the JJBLT is my absolute favorite. Friendly employees and quick service.

The company as a whole is great at every location I've visited. I don't know if they are all owned by the same people or if they franchise them out. This is the 2nd time a manager has fixed my ordering mistake. Both times I was trying to order the thick sliced bread. I think I forgot to say it the 1st time. This time I tried ordering online and picked the new wheat sub instead of the bread. I called to see if that is what happened and the manager confirmed my mistake. He then offered to exchange the sandwich for me. This meant the driver had to come twice too. Customer Service at its very best!!! Keep up the great service. Now for the sandwich. Turkey Tom Perfection even without the sprouts!! (I wish they still had them) Portions were great, added items were on the sandwich, the cucumbers were not too thick or thin and just the right amount of sauces/condiments. That's why they get 5 stars tonight. Thanks
