We were the only customers there so we got a little nervous about what we were getting into but were pleasantly surprised. The burgers were good, the fries were fresh and cooked perfectly although maybe lacked a bit of flavor, and the service was good. The fry sauce was in dire need of a bit of ketchup though, it tasted almost like straight mayo, a bit nasty to be honest. Kinda felt like Crown Burger but didn't shine quite as much as Crown Burger, however still a great experience!
One of Ogden's hidden gems. Great variety of burgers, sandwiches and some Greek items. The Big Jim burger is awesome topped with house made pastrami. Fryers are crispy hot and the fry sauce is spectacular. Give it a try, you wont be disappointed. Sorry, couldn't hold off on eating this burger. Had to share though😜
The cook (I'm assuming owner) was super friendly, and gave me a bunch of extra fry sauce 😁🙌-- cool guys, food was great.
It's close to campus and high quality so I'll come here often haha

Great service and great food, the atmosphere is amazing. It's family owned I believe and they do a good job. It's definitely an undiscovered gem.
I recomend people to try the breakfast, I tried the chicken burrito and the country omellet. They were really good. 🤩
Love their chili cheese fries and root beer freeze. Everything else I’ve tried, like burgers, have also been very good.
Great little restaurant near my home. Calling it burgers place is a shame, so much more than just burgers. I enjoy their Gyros and their fries. They have a great Greek menu with very good food. Seems to be family owned. I would much rather give my hard earned money to another hard working family than to some huge chain business.
The food has always been phenomenal!! My palette does the happy dance when I order their WILDCAT burger.
Their french fries are superb! They're never not too thick, nor too thin. They're never too crispy, nor too soft. They're perfect! Big Jim's fry-sauce is the best I've ever eaten!
I've never received old food.
The older, female owner has great customer service (90% of the time. I think that's a great rating because fast food looks like a challenging area. As well as she seems to be Big Jim's only employee. I've never seen anyone else here in the last 15 yrs I've been eating here ).
The reason I rated this restaurant as being 4 out of 5 stars, is the pricing has always been a bit outrageous.
Also, the driveway/parking lot has several (dangerous) potholes.
It's always so empty I have no idea how they stay in business. It's pretty relaxed. Always clean. Service is quick. The food is alright - burgers are real good, and the fries are just okay. Their fish and chips isn't so great. It won't wow you but it's not a bad choice.
Best burgers in Ogden. I been coming here for years. Well the original one anyways. Get the mushroom or the pastrami, you won't be let down!!!
Great food and great service!!!
