Prairie Schooner Restaurant - Ogden - Photo album

This place is awesome. The bread was so soft and adding honey to it was amazing. The steak was cooked to perfection. The potato skins we ordered were the best I've ever had!!! Next time I'm in town I will absolutely eat here again.
We're traveling through Utah and my husband picked our dinner spot last night but kept it a surprise. I loved the Prairie Schooner the instant I saw it! Then we stepped inside and that sealed the deal! The seating inside your very own "schooner" is the best. Private and cozy with plenty of lighting
My family and I are visiting Utah all the way from South Texas, since we have family here. My sisters boyfriend chose our dinner spot and he chose this place. As soon as we showed up, I loved the look of the place. The interior is incredible, with the taxidermy animals and design. The seating area w
This was our first visit to Prairie Schooner and we already look forward to going back. We didn't have reservations but we had no trouble getting a table. The decor is unique with lots of things to look at. We weren't quite ready for dinner so we stopped in and shared an appetizer. We had the loaded
We went here for our anniversary and had a great experience! Our waitress was wonderful, and the food was amazing. We LOVE the mushrooms, and the French onion soup was delicious as well.
I got the steak and shrimp. The shrimp were ginormous and juciy. Not overcooked and crunchy on the outside. The steak was cooked perfectly but needed salt. The decorations were amazing but if taxidermy animals aren't your thing, you should probably skip this place
This place is a hidden gem of this town. I seen a tic toc and had to come and check it out for myself. They food was spot on, Kevin our waiter was wonderful and the atmosphere was really cool also. Price wasn't to bad also. Loved the fried mushrooms and there was plenty for our party of 5 . Check th
We love to experience to try new places. So, we drove 1h and 1/2 to get there but every mile was worthy. This place is unique , their food are delicious and we will definitely come back.
As a longtime fan of the Oregon Trail game, I've had my eye on this restaurant for a while. I took my family, and while we were expecting a great atmosphere, we did not expect such incredible food! We were truly blown away. We had the sirloin steak, country fried steak, and grilled chicken -- all de
Great place to eat dinner. The food was great and we enjoyed the atmosphere. We brought our kids and they loved all the to look at it. We loved the picture and background information of the "wanted" poster! Fun to read to the kids. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we look forward to comin

Burgers are big , steak is excellent and so are the porkchops. Dessert was chocolate molten lava cake was the best. Also baked cook
Wonderful atmosphere cowboy Dinner!! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was outstanding! The bread butter was soo good! Ogden Utah hidden treasure!
Ambiance was really cool. Would go here again, but the food is SPENDY. Just be prepared for a minimum of $18.00 per person which isn’t terrible I considering the atmosphere. I gave 4 stars because we had to ask for drinks refilled, to go boxes and check. I feel if I’m spending over $80 for a fam
Fun place with a very unique theme and layout. The food was very good and reasonably priced. The steak was great, nice seasoning and properly cooked. The deep fried mushrooms were absolutely perfect, a must have. The service started out strong, but waned a bit later on. Overall this is a great place
My ribs were good and I was served the biggest yam I have ever seen. But m hiy husband's pork chops were overcooked and too hard to poke with a fork. And the slivered almonds on a salad were stale. The atmosphere is totally fun with the covered wagons and stuffed wild animals. I will go back again
My wife and I celebrated our anniversary this last week at the Prairie Schooner. It was out first time dining here. We loved it! it was a fun experience. We set up a reservation the night before and good thing because the restaurant filled up fast. Chris, our waiter did an excellent job. He was very
My boyfriend and I recently went to this restaurant, one of his favorites. We were in the area fly-fishing on the Ogden River. I love the atmosphere, the decor and the down home American food. Our waiter Jeremy was fantastic!
