Valone's

This place seems to have improved since first opening, but I'm still not a fan. The portions are stingy and they often seem to have trouble getting orders right or cooking things as I would expect. I've had items both burnt and under cooked. The coffee is pretty so-so and very weak. I think that's the way the locals prefer it, though, so I can't blame them.

We went from 5 stars to 1, because of our experience today. We waited an hour for our food and when my chicken Alfredo came it was disgusting! There was so much oil all over it, that it was dripping! I tried, I really did. But in the end we sent it back. The cook said 'she ate half of it." Um no, I have 3 bites and couldn't go on. The removed the Alfredo from the bill, but still charged for the soup... it's a shame, but we will NEVER go back there.

Good friendly service but the food.......the food was off. Ordered mexican omelets and couldn't figure out what it was we were eating. Mystery meat and nothing "mexican" about it. Couple that was toast that wasn't really toasted and smeared with cheap margarine that made it soggy. Down right gross. Won't be going back. Again---friendly service.

We recently had my husband's retirement open house at Valone's. We decided to leave it to the experts. I am so glad we did. Sam and Zuma prepared a buffet of fruit, cheeses, veggies, pestrame, meatballs, prime rib bites and desserts specially made from family recipes. The buffet was not only delicious , it was beautiful. Valone's is handicapped accessible for me and my dad and anyone else who needs it. Adequate staff was available to assist anyone who needed it during the open house. I would recommend Valone's for anyone planning a meeting , celebration, or just wanting to dine out. The food is great. The staff is friendly. You get served fast. You feel welcome dressed up or in shorts and flip flops. Every time you visit, you want to go back.

I’m new to town and I ate there once. The food was absolutely disgusting. The burger was a frozen patty. The owner is extremely rude. And he wonders why he can’t keep a server. I will never go back there again. I will always give a bad recommendation to anyone that asks about a place to eat in this town.
