Pizza Hut

Horrible. Got raw boneless chicken wings. I mean raw. When I took them back the girls informed me there was no manager there. The day before the refrigerator was out. They are still cooking and serving food that is not safe. This is serious. Some one can die from this. This isn’t the first problem I have had with this location. But it will be the last. Please be careful eating here.

I am disappointed in this restaurant I shouldn’t even be giving up them a review one of the workers called me a slur and threw the pizza at me and pulled a hot dog out of his car and stuffed it in the pizza I’m so disappointed in this restaurant… DO BETTER PIZZA HUT! You can’t out pizza the hut?? That’s cap because papa johns is better!

Ordered a pizza and breadsticks for a 545 delivery. At 615, no delivery had occurred so I called the store and was told they were backed up but that the deliver was on the way. At 656, 1 hour after the estimated delivery, I called again. And again. And again. The phone would ring and ring and then the call would just end. My order never arrived and I was never contacted about it. I was also still charged on my credit card for the order, which I disputed. Super disappointing. Not that the store was busy but that I was never contacted. I understand that special circumstances can occur but customer service should still be a priority.

First of all, my previous visit was not a favorable one, but my friend decided to give them one more try and that was a huge mistake. On my previous visit, I did send a complaint and NEVER received a response back. I told him that was a red flag that the company didn't even bother to extend an apology, but he wanted pizza. I will not be back again, it's like they are keeping the pizza in 5 minutes too long because the pizza was dry and tasted awful. I had one pizza and decided to order somewhere else. Nope. Never again.

Ordered online last night for delivery, said estimated delivery time was 7:27pm. 8pm came no pizza. My husband went down to the store when he walked in the staff including the manager were on their cellphones. When he was finally helped he explained the situation the girl claimed the order was set for pickup. I have the app I placed it for delivery. Our order had been sitting there for a whole half hour. When the manager finally came out he explained the situation to her and she said she would refund th ie deliveIf I could give zero stars I wouldry fee. What about the tip I put for the delivery driver who never came? Worst experience ever!
