Best experience, had been previously and not good. Today they were very polite, made suggestions, and filled all gelati's very full. Will definitely be back. Great job!

The wild black cherry ice has small pieces of cherries in it, very tasty. Pretty sure it is the only flavor with fruit in it.

Good chain-brand ice cream, gelato, custard, slushies, and Italian ice. Perfect for a hot summer day, but no great seating options.

The menu shows the cotton candy gelato with sprinkles and then the server told me it would be extra for sprinkles.... other Rita’s I’ve been to never charge extra for the sprinkles.

Super nice staff that works ultra fast to get your order so you can escape from the heat. Got a yummy Unicorn Gelati 🦄 today! It was like a cotton candy grape lavender sugary and sparkly trear. Rita's has the best custard in Odenton. It's creamy and smooth and refreshing. Love it!

Good Ice Cream but man they are slow. There is always 4 - 5 guys working in there but they take forever to make a freaking ice cream. I always go past and make sure there isn't a line, if there is, I just turn around and come back at night.

Continues to get worse. Wait times are extremely long and portions have gotten so small. I bought a custard cone last week and the portion seemed like a kids size. I just assumed it was a new employee learning. Went back today and bought (2) more cones and the size was extremely small. I asked if they were kids instead of small. She explained to me they are small, but all of custard is in the cone. $4 each for almost nothing...wow. Used to go once or twice a week but won't go back
