We got takeout from this place for mother's day. I just have to say we were impressed with the quality, especially because they were absolutely swamped at the time! I got the "Hana's Splendid Roll" and my wife got the "Lobster Roll." Both were delicious. I bit pricey for the amount we got (about $30 for both rolls, see pictures), but it was high quality. We also got takeout steak hibachi with rice and salad. Both were great. Our hunger for good Japanese food was satiated!
Unique Japanese experience especially, with the submerged sit down (take your foot gear off) style dining. Also, great manager/owner and definitely the sushi chef makes / creates a wonderful & fresh treat in the original Japanese fashion. Very creative! Only (very minor) critique - server smile some more!
