Starbucks

I’m really bothered by my interaction at this store today. I ordered two drinks and both tasted like pure milk with some sweetener, no coffee flavor at all. This location is so inconsistent with how they make their drinks, so I went up the counter to ask if they could please remake them. If I am spending ~$5 on a single drink, I would really like for it to be made correctly. I told the barista that the latte tasted like pure milk and she responded with “Well, it’s a latte so of course it tastes like milk”. I know what a latte is and I don’t need to be talked down to by a girl my own age. If I wanted a glass of milk, I wouldn’t have driven and spent $5 for it. The girl continued to glare at me and when she gave me my new drink she didn’t even look at me. On top of that, it was not at all busy in the store. I left feeling really disrespected, frankly. I don’t know why it’s so hard to treat a patron with respect, I wouldn’t have come back and complained if I didn’t think it was valid.

WOW! I hope when they open the new location all the baristas will follow! Great staff, very friendly, HARD WORKING, smiling faces! Shout out to a newer employee (Sara) who made my drink this morning during a busy time! For the first time time my drink was actually made correctly in quite some time! I could tell she really loves what's she's doing! Keep it up ALL you hard working Starbucks baristas!!!!

Five stars because if you’re coming to Starbucks you already won know it’s going to be expensive to know it’s going to be good. And if you come to Starbucks complaining about the price then don’t come LOL. Inside is clean and nice and the staff handle the crowd well Update. Change to three star because there is no caramel in my caramel macchiato. You failed me Starbucks I paid extra for a coffee that wasn’t made right. Shame on you lol
