Cousins Subs

It’s all right here. Inside is not cluttered but definitely could be wiped down here and there. They definitely need to scrub out the floor in the storage. And the bathrooms could use a once over. Staff is not unfriendly. But not very outgoing. Update was a three star but change it to two star because they didn’t give me napkins and just kind we’re very withdrawn and not caring.

Really nice staff. They are really good at getting the order right, never have any mistakes when I have ordered here. The amount of meat on the subs is lacking for the price but that seems to be the norm for sub places these days unless your willing to pay even more for extra meat. They offer a very unique and different bread than other places which is really good and sets them apart. They have a good variety of options and their soups are usually pretty good. Their fries are absolutely AMAZING! I always order a large fry and I live that they make them fresh right there in front of you and super stuff the carton! Overall, this Cousins is really great and has great food only issue are the prices for what your getting. I do not feel their full subs should cost more than a full meal at a nice sit down restaraunt.

We ordered online. Pabst farms cousins subs. Got 2 subs, fries, and cheese curds. Got home opened the sandwiches, hair in both sandwiches and eyelash looking thing in the fries. Called and told manager(travis). No apology. Just rude.He just said "oh, well we dont have anyone that works here with that color hair". We brought the food back for a full refund. We didnt eat any of the food. Again, still no apology for this. I asked who I can speak to above him, he said he cant tell me that information. Also never offered anything for the inconvenience. This is definitely not good practice in food safety. It's obvious there are no extra precautions being taken. I will never ever step foot in there again. Cousins, you really need to train your "managers" on how to actually deliver exceptional customer service

First off the cashier was not very friendly. I ordered a mini stop with a soup and a drink. I sub I have a picture I'd love to show had very little anything on there I was looking at lettuce and bread mostly cousins should be ashamed of themselves how they have cut corners. Plus I paid more for that little sub and that little soup then I would have if I would have ordered a seven and a half inch sub. There is a picture of myself I got. You pay more you get less that's just the way it is I guess
