Culver's

We have stopped at the drive thru a couple of times and typically there were no issues. It seems that within the past month and a half the experience keeps declining. First, on November 19th, we had pieces missing from our fish dinners. I called and the kid on the phone gave me the run around and tried to give me coupons for something else. Not a big deal since I had spoken to the GM after I completed a survey and he assured me that I would get the fish coupons after not receiving them after a couple of weeks. A couple of more weeks go by and still nothing. I call him back to let him know that I hadn’t received them and he makes sure that they are mailed (great!). I went in tonight to redeem those coupons for the fish dinners and ordered a large coleslaw. Instead, I was given four of the small containers of coleslaw (I had asked for two sides of the coleslaw with the dinners), I received no butter, and no tartar sauce either. I understand why my order was not right a month ago as it was a Friday, today it wasn’t that busy, my order was messed up again, and there was a wait. At this point I don’t even know what to say. So disappointed.

We usually get decent food at this Culver’s. However today’s meal was an absolute joke and offensive in that they would serve it to me. I just needed to vent. The sourdough melt had maybe 3/4 of a patty, no onions and they neither buttered or toasted one side. My wife’s cheeseburger evidently had the other part of my patty as it was not a double it was more like a single and a quarter. Shame on you Culver’s. It will be a while before I go back. This was so bad I may never return.

I ordered a double butter burger basket and three single cups of custard they didn't have any peanut butter sauce and when I went to the window to pay they forgot my drinks and when I handed them my tokens the cashier said oh we probably need those and when I got my burger it was like a 2 year old put it together the bun was not even on the sandwich and my drink was halfway full I don't recommend it for anyone

Asked for my malt to be made with chocolate custard instead of vanilla custard with chocolate syrup- which I was charged extra for. They still made it with vanilla and chocolate syrup 🙄. Went back to get a new one. When I went in there were 10 workers standing around doing nothing when the drivethru was around the corner. When they made the correct malt the entire cup of super sticky with malt powder and ice cream stuck on the side. 30 minutes to get a short sized malt because they were too busy standing around flirting with each other.
