My family and I love Zaxbys, we are never disappointed when we order food from here always arrives fresh and delicious. Update. Theynare still the same. Awesome staff, fast and fresh food. Always greeted as soon as we enter the restaurant. We tried their funnel cake for the first time it was made fresh and it was so good.

Grilled chicken sandwich is great !! My S.O. even looked up from his wings (which he liked) and said it smelled really good. Lol Late evening drive thru - out of tea - however I was compensated with sodas. Funnel cake thumbs down - small & kinda chewy - caramel sauce was not included in my bag.

This Zaxby's location was amazing. Extremely clean and fast service. The manager on duty Dayna was so approachable and helpful. She was very friendly and professional. You can tell she genuinely enjoys giving great customer service. Because of her my friends, family, and I will be eating there from now on during the week and for weeks to come. This franchise is a treasure I never knew about before until today.

Delicious food, customer service are very attentive, and super nice atmosphere. Plus it’s all at an affordable price. Very clean! Can totally recommend it and will definitely come back again.

Pretty sure my salad shouldn't include bolts. Update. Contacted corporate and they personally apologized for the metal object found in my salad. They researched the issue and personally contacted me. I'm very happy that they took this feedback seriously and professionally. I will be a returning customer because I do love their chicken wings!

The food is 10/10😊!!! The cleanliness of the place is definitely a 3👎. I know some customers are nasty af and eat like pigs but that's why zaxby's has staff that should clean up so customers that appreciate cleanliness can have a great experience. I come to this zaxby's alot and this is not the first time I find it dirty. I would love it if they cleaned a little bit more
