Decided to try this place and this is one of the best burgers I've had in a while. There was a small complication with the order I had, however the staff was very helpful and fixed the issue. The place is very small, the staff are very helpful, the food is very good. I would highly recommend the bayou burger "splice-it-up"!

This was our first time trying That One Spot Burger. The food was delicious. The Chicken BLT exceeded my expectations - it was juicy and well seasoned. The kids burger was a great portion even for an adult if you’re not wanting fancy toppings.
The dining area felt rather warm and the tables don’t get cleaned off in between guests so it felt a little dirty. The bathroom was run down and dirty, as well.

Give this spot a chance. Under new management and expanded menu. I heard the first few days were getting kinks out but I went yesterday and LOVED IT! The burger was thick and juicy and cooked exactly as I had ordered it. The menu looks great and worth giving a try. I found the staff and manager very friendly and accommodating. I've been frequenting this place for a few years and until the management changed recently I thought it was in decline. Now it has a fresh menu, and a new start. Definitely give it a try!

I don't usually write reviews but after tasting the food and speaking to the owner, I couldn't be stopped.
I had THAT One Burger with a side of onion rings and it came out exactly how I asked. It was a fantastic burger and the onion rings had a great taste to them and were cooked extra crispy at my request.

The wife and I stopped in today to try this spot since Google kept recommending it. it had a 4.4 review and we thought it would be a pretty good fit. They make custom burgers here with several different flavors. The burgers themselves were great, but the standout order would have to have been the sweet potato fries. are mild sweet flavor and we're crunchy and chewy. They were seasoned very well. I had to buy you burger and the wife had the one Burger. My only negative experience was that the place was not as clean as it could have been and there is no public bathroom. Other than that it was great and I will definitely come back.

One word, WOW!
A casual evening in search of Burgers led us here.
We decided to try the Curry Grilled Chicken burger with Brioche bun. Paired with sweet potato fries and delicious onion rings.
The chicken was grilled to perfection and the ingredients added to the savory flavor along with the green pepper and basil. The taste buds were in for a ride!
Every bite got better and was delicious.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Seating is decent and has a cozy ambiance overall.
We will definitely be back.
Keep up the awesome food.

A must try lunch spot fir anyone in the Ocoee / Winter Garden area. I had the BB Burger with fries, and loved it. The burger is a great size and packed with flavor. Both it and the fries are scratch made, so expect to wait a few more minutes than you might expect. Be patient though, it is worth it.

A small little burger joint located in a strip mall near Winter Garden. From the outside it doesn't look like much but the food and service was great. The staff was very attentive and helpful with ordering for first timers. I got the bacon brisket burger and it was among the best I've ever had. Great taste and the brisket and bacon complimented the burger fashionably. I got the macaroni with bacon as my side and it was fantastic. I highly recommend getting this order and for the price it was very much worth it. The fries are also worth mentioning as they were rather delicious. Definitely recommend this place to anyone that's a fan of good burgers.

Ive never written a bad burger review...until now. I had high expectations for this place and was incredibly let down. Dont bother saying how you would like your burger cooked because it will be well done and most likely burnt. it took 20 min to get my food with barely any line.<br/><br/>The portions are horrible for the price. $12 for a small burnt burger patty, fries, and a soda. Five guys blows this place away...seriously dont waste your time or money. <br/><br/>Id rather eat at Hardees.

Salad very good! Burger questionable?. Been awhile since we've eaten there, so wanted to see how the food was. The place was very warm and stuffy. My wife had the chicken salad which she like very much. I had the BB Burger with onion rings. Onion Rings were what you expect nice breading and hot. Burger was overly greasy, but tasty. Most likely won't be back.

Went there after hearing they were on the top 5 burger list in our area and what a let down! Burgers were bland and fries and onion rings were served burnt! I wanted so much for this place to be good, but for the same price, I'll stick to Five Guys and get quality!

Good stuff. If you're going to get a burger, go here, everything else would be a disappointment in comparison unless you make it yourself(maybe). Then walk over to twisty treat right after for some additional artery clogging deliciousness!<br/><br/>SO CONVENIENT! =)

Not a fan. Burger was cooked very well and the taste was good. The price for what you get is bad. The burgers are tiny. If you're a real man and not a little b*tch then you may want to order 2. At that price though it's not worth it. Also for the price they should come with fries or at least chips. I wasn't told this until after I received my food and asked where my fries were. The kids Mac and Cheese also has corn in it which is cool but nothing warns you of this and my child doesn't like corn. Would not come back unless they changed prices or got a mans size burger instead of these little b*tch burgers.

Awesome spot. Always friendly and delicious. If you are in to sweet & savory burgers, try getting a turkey burgerler with a beef patty instead of turkey. Nothing here is a bad choice.

Never again. I was there today 2/9/2014 just after 4 PM, The fries were soggy, they tasted and smelled like old grease, service was slow, not even a "welcome" when we walked in the door, I didn't get a Thank you after we paid, NOT A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION.<br/>Ill take my money somewhere else from now on

Better than Outback. I am not a lover of burgers. They are usually greasy, have no flavor, and make my stomached hurt, but my boyfriend's sons love this place and last month I promised them a dinner out. I went in expecting a mediocre burger (and a heartburn pill), and after I looked at the menu and saw a lot of complex burgers and no simple "cheese burger". I didn't know what to order. Finally, I simply asked the cashier, "Can I have a simple burger with American?" She told me, "Sure, you can have whatever you want as long as we have it." I also ordered onion rings and a drink. The burger was wonderful! It wasn't greasy at all. Good meat! They even quartered my burger for me without a fuss! Most places look at me like I'm crazy (I've got a small mouth and wedges are easier and neater to eat), but they did exactly what I asked. I loved the onion rings, too. Nice and crispy and didn't turn into a drippy mess when I bit in to them. Oh, and besides for onion breath, I had no ill effects from the dinner. In fact I had to talk myself out of going back the next day.<br/><br/>As for what I'll do differently next time...I'll have an order of fries and rings put on a plate in the middle of the table. It would be even better if they could bring out the side platter while our burgers are cooking as an appetizer. It's not much, but it will keep the sometimes long wait down (especially for well cooked burgers...which is really my only real complaint). I do agree with another review that for the price charged, there should have been more rings and fries.<br/><br/>There was a review that stated the patty was too thin (I disagree, but that's just me). Well, since they were very amendable about their menu with my burger, I bet that they would do a double patty if you asked. Sure, there would be an additional charge, but if you want a huge burger it's going to cost you. Beef prices have gone through the roof.<br/><br/>Overall, I can't wait to have an excuse to go back!!! Great atmosphere, though they need to expand since they are often packed (but that says how well hey are liked), wonderful staff, desent prices, and a great experience overall. Next time I'll have a pic. I hope.

Stopped in last Sat night before movie. My son ordered TOS burger and I ordered the Crunchburger. We really enjoyed them and would put in top five of Orlando. We did not think the meat was the greatest part, but put with everything was very enjoyable. I had been there before and really enjoyed the Greek Veggie Burger. The sweet potatoe fries were a little salty but so am I. We will be back to try the Black Bean Burger and the BBQ burger. It is great to have great people making great food in area!

Awesome Turkey Burger. I stopped by for dinner on June 22 after reading many positive articles and reviews of the restaurant. I tried their "Turkey Burgler" and a side of onion rings. The Burgler consisted of their homemade turkey burger, raspberry mayonnaise, lettuce, sliced granny smith apples, onions, smoked bacon and melted brie cheese. Hands-down the best turkey burger in Central Florida. Better than the offerings of either Burger 21 or BurgerFi.

A friend and I stopped by to try their burgers and we were both very impressed! I had the BB burger, which was delicious and my friend had the Turkey Burgler , which was equally as impressive.The service was was excellent and we definitely be back to try more!

Visited today for 2nd time and three of us ordered two BBQ burgers, one Crunch Burger, sweet potato fries, French fries & onion rings. Disappointed with the $3.14 onion rings as there were 5 of them and they were small ones at that. <br/>While the food here is pretty great, service is interesting and kind of high schoolish or alternatively odd. Friendly but also extremely casual. <br/>We definitely recommend this place for sure! Just be prepared for the casual staff.

Such a disappointment. Wow, with all the hype, could not wait to try this place!! What a total disappointment- burger was ok, limp old lettuce, soft overripe tomatoes. Onion rings pretty sure are frozen, and the Mac and cheese tasted either that it was from a packet or else the thickener had not cooked thoroughly. The fries were ok but tiny portion. Also burger without the bun obviously means no lettuce or tomato! <br/>Five Guys is much better!!<br/>Also, not sure where the photographs were taken as our food looked nothing like that!!!

First off, I will more than likely be going back here. A few stumbling points, but also some good in there.<br/>Ok, now as a burger aficionado, I have to say that I was very pleased with the burger. I got the That One Spot burger and it was cooked to my requested medium rare. No small feat considering the thin patties. The house sauce is a little thin, but I liked the way it created a nice sauce with the burger juice. Got a good grill flavor too, despite the thin patty.<br/>The fries, while tasting good, we're sadly limp. I wanted to keep eating them because they were seasoned well, but just looked so lifeless and dead on the plate.<br/>The Mac n cheese was also very good but be warned: it contains a TON of corn. Probably not a big deal to most, but my wife ordered it, bein one that loves Mac n cheese but also hates corn. There's no indicator on the menu board of these golden yellow kernels.<br/>Finally, the wait time was a bit longer than I would have liked. It was mildly busy tonight, but it looked like their grill area was kinda small and couldn't fit a lot of patties on there at once. Kind of a shame, but maybe they're still trying to figure it all out. I do enjoy a local business like that that can make it, so more power to them!

Easily the best burgers I have had!. My gf and I will make this a regular stop now, I have yet to try a burger that didn't blow me away. The staff is really friendly and quite funny, they seem ready and willing to chat or leave you alone which ever you want, just a really enjoyable experience. Ohhh and the fries were delicious! (Hint: Make sure you ask for some of their side sauces ;-))<br/><br/>They even have a great veggie burger, called the Greek veggie! Absolutely delectable!

This was a really great place to eat. There were four of us for dinner at this very small restaurant. We had a BBQ burger, That One burger, black bean burger, salmon burger, fries and an order of Mac n cheese. Everything was delightful and we will definitely go back. All food ordered at the counter then served at our table on real ceramic dishes. Everything was great. The only negative thing I can say is that their drink machine ran out of ice and they ran out of brewed iced tea and we had to tell them so they could replace them. Other than that everything was well worth the visit. If you are in the area, you should stop in for some great food!

However, my favorite of all the burgers we tried was the Crunch Burger. We changed out the regular beef patty for the spinach patties. This burger has solidified That One Spot as my favorite burger joint in all of Orlando. Horseradish sauce, lettuce, tomato, fried onions, blue cheese crumbles and potato chips. That’s right. Fried onions and potato chips.

Thanks to @burgerbeast and @droolius for their talks about it and the pics. I had to try this one for myself. Running on limited time, but had to eat. Hopefully, they will be getting a sign soon. Very nice place. Wasn’t what I expected. They have some groovy music when you walk in. Not loud at all. I like it. Outside seating is always a must in Florida. Although you are mostly admiring bumper to bumper traffic, but still it’s a very nice area to sit and chill. Loads of choices. Lots of burgers!! They make them to order. They were making lots of them when I walked in. I took the suggestion from the person who rang me up. Customer service was okay. You place your order and you wait. That Other Burger. Roasted red peppers, goat cheese, red onions, leaf, lettuce, balsamic ketchup and homemade garlic aioli. The wait wasn’t long at all. Had some locals in here tonight, both young and old. When I have more time I would like to come here again and try their sides. I heard their hand cut fries

That One Spot is THE spot for the best burgers!!. Wow! watch out...That One Spot is the best spot for burgers in all of Orange county!! The BB Burger is amazing and don't even get me started with the Crunch Burger. The buns are totally perfect and the fries are just the icing on the cake! <br/>If you really want an awesome burger and don't live nearby it's worth the drive, so I suggest you check it out! Finally a burger joint nearby!. We dropped in last night to check this place out, it is in the old Gator Subs location. It's a big improvement on the sub place, the service was good, pricing reasonable and the burgers were good. I loved the onion rings too, I can't wait to try the mac and cheese next time.

Best Burgers in Orlando. This place is pretty new but I had to check it out when I heard about the burgers. I heard two things, try the Crunch Burger and get the Mac N Cheese. The Crunch Burger was amazing! Hands down the best burger I have had in Orlando, and I have tried every place that claims or others claim are the best. Mac N Cheese was great, Fries are awesome, and everything else I saw people eating looked great. This is definitely the best new Spot for burgers in Orlando.
