Mcdonald's

I give fast food workers an awful lot of leeway because I know the job and pay suck. But, this is possibly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Their drive thru often takes upwards of 30 minutes even if there are only 3-4 cars. They close their lobby several hours before the store closes, but don't update the app and will completely ignore you if you select to pick up curbside. When you try to complain about a problem (ie getting your order wrong or ignoring you at pick up) they just talk over you and dismiss you. If you want your food done correctly and quickly, go somewhere else because they absolutely do not care about providing even mediocre service. Specifically Raula who I believe is a manager is combative and dismissive.

I have issues every time I come to this location. The staff truly do not know what they are doing. It is sad because it truly reflects the management team. There is such a lack of customer service. The last time I came here I went inside. There were 4 people in line and it took 10 minutes before a single person greeted anyone and started asking for orders. The managers were in the front but only cared about the take out window. I always give them a chance when I come here, but seem to get disappointed each time.

This location is still in the retro style setting. No auto order kiosks, no videos for kids to play. This has the big dining area and a huge play pen for the kids. Very clean location. My breakfast came hot and fast, and my coffee was made perfectly. The manager was very kind and spoke to the guests like family. Every star was welll earned. Good job team.
