7-eleven

I parked at this 7-11 in a tow away-space. I had gone into their establishment to buy a protein bar and then went into the business next door. Let me begin by saying I was incorrect to park there. I was gone for 20 minutes total. I was then notified by a passerby that the owners of this store were calling to have my car towed, and that the owners of this store had proceeded to SCRAWL ON THE BACK OF MY CAR WITH A PERMANENT MARKER, “not public parking” let me repeat-they got so angry that my car was parked in their lot, that they walked outside and VANDALIZED MY CAR WITH A PERMANENT MARKER. (See pictures) If you, as a business owner, are going to tow my car, that’s fine. But becoming so enraged that you take a marker to someone’s car is honestly unsettling and frankly very scary. If you are going to do something like that, what makes me think you wouldn’t try to hurt me or somebody else if I attempted to confront the situation like a grown adult. So, a police report was made, and I will make sure that I take EVERY single avenue possible to inform the community of Oceanside of this owner’s behavior.

Went in to buy a few things with my wife and the Indian lady behind the counter rolled her eyes at my wife and was snapping on the new employee there about how to do things. If you don't understand customer service than you should sell that franchise to some who does. This is not the first time I have seen them being rude to people. Sadly I know some pretty big investors behind these 7-11 chains in Oceanside.
