This location of BK is perfect! No matter if you are waiting for or just getting off a North County transit bus or the metrolink to LA, Amtrak, or greyhound, you can grab a bite to eat right at the transit station. Although the dining area is small and they do close kind of early, at 8pm. The BK app seemed to work ok to bypass the line. The staff seemed friendly when was there. I will be back. Good experience.

Was hungry after having been in the train for two hours. Came here only to be disappointed. I am happy a convenient place is around. However the place was under-staffed. On a weekend, they only had two people working. One cashier and one food cook. Made for EXTREMELY SLOW service. They have the fountain machine behind the counter and the food was cold since it sat waiting for someone to hand it to me.

Burger King fast and excellent service! My meal was nice and hot! Made fresh! The bad, lots of homeless outside asking for handouts. The transit center public restroom, filthy mess, no police or security around either to clean out the place. Parking is excellent too right now. Lots of spaces!

I went in with a friend and after she got her food I decided that I wanted something to drink and I saw on the menu a Frozen Fanta Wild Cherry drink. I went to order it and was told they don't serve that drink here at this establishment. Well you win some and you don't get served some.

Will be back! Rosa knows how to make a customer feel satisfied. Great customer service and people skills. Even with being short-staffed at times, she definitely knows how to prioritize. This is huge for me, since I work on the train and sometimes, I'm on a tight schedule.

Would like to thank the manager Rosa for her great customer service and assistance. I go there for my breakfast 1 or 2 a week too bad is franchise and not corporate. would be nice if all employees learn from Rosa ((people skills)). will be back soon with my coworkers, friends

Atm machine was down. When I walked in, an employee (woman) started coughing & literally did NOT STOP coughing until I left! Actually I'm not even sure if she did or not bcuz I couldn't tell thru the mask & window- plus I didn't care. Just got too grossed out to even order a coffee.

A worker had some things wrong and a worker was k. Her phone other than working on her customers. Let alone spoke very little English. Food was alright bit over all the servers was bad.
