Denny's

We went there for a business breakfast meeting yesterday - party of three. Was super pleased with our server Chris. In this pandemic environment with businesses experiencing a shortage of employees, you never know what to expect. Chris was very nice and patient while we chatted for a while before ordering. The food arrived quickly and was warm & good. I think the kicker was he always made sure our coffee cups were topped off. Great job Chris!

We had a server today, Christopher, that was amazing. Observant; never had to ask for a thing he was well trained and noticed our body language and anticipated needs. I have seen Forbes 5 star servers not pick up on the signals he caught. Surprising enough out of the last 5 Denny's we ate at the food was above standard at this location as well. Now not to detract from the server; it's a shame that it is 100% tip share. We would have gladly tipped 20% to the staff on a $40.00 bill and then 100% directly to the server if permitted. Thank you Christopher, and go grab a job at a 4-5* restaurant, you have what it takes and are 1 of a kind for this industry. Hells Kitchen opens @ Harrahs 2022 and you should be the lead server.

The place seems pretty depressing, even when it's busy. When I went last, there was one server with 7 tables, took 20 minutes from walking inside to being served food, pretty good :) My server Amanda was very nice. Ordered a brisket/egg sandwich with fries. Brisket very salty, fries poorly salted (sone had none, while others had too much), and my over-easy egg was pretty fried. Would recommend this specific sandwich though, very, very tasty otherwise.

I dined inside my local Denny’s Restaurant last Tuesday on November 16, 2021 at 7 p.m. I sat near the window in a booth seating. Diana my server was very friendly and attentive to me. I placed my order with Diana. My order was one California Club Sandwich, One Garden Salad with Ranch Dressing, one decaffeinated Signature Blend Coffee with refills, and the Delight French Vanilla Creamers.My total bill was $25.00.

Manager was very rude to someone that got in to use restroom, the guy had a very expesnive electric bike and what does he expect for the bike to be left outside or what. Its all about the way you talk to ppl. Manager its not entitled to mistreat just because he is the manager. And this is not the first time i see him with this type of attitude.

This evening we came to dine here. We ordered Buffalo tenders as appetizers, they were very salty. The service was very slow we waited and hour for my sons pancake meal, it was also made incorrectly and the pancakes were overcooked. We asked for sausage instead of bacon. When they brought the food they did not bring syrup. We waited and no server came. My husband had to go ask for it and yet no server came. We finally had to get up and get it from another table. We had ordered a French toast slam to go and that was not yet ready, so we cancelled that order. They were polite but not one time did they apologize to us. When we finally got a server to come over we asked for a to go box and the check. When we walked out to our car we were found with 4 individuals arguing outside the restaurant one looked to be an employee. This experience was ridiculous, never had I ever experienced this. Will not be coming back.
