Mcdonald's

don’t do it. I know you are probably putting the location to head over here or thinking of eating in a McDonald's don’t come to this one. genuinely a nice person and not a bad customer especially to workers because I get it’s hard to work at a fast restaurant. I went through the drive-through and they were ignoring my whole order she then asked me to park ?? when it was a simple order lol. i waited 40 min. i know… my whole order was wrong i came in and they ignored me manager was so rude they treat everyone so rude please do not come here!

They decided to reject my order placed via the McDonald's app and when picking up the order they closed the window on me and ignored me (the app declined my payment). After leaving, they charged me for a completely different order which was more than the order declined. I CALLED AND THE MANAGER B**CH SAID SHE CANCELED IT. I WAS CHARGED FOR IT! DON'T TRUST THIS LOCATION.

I have been coming to this location almost daily for the past 6 months but today is the last time for me due to security issues. I dont feel safe eating here anymore. This location opens at 7am and I come here breakfast and to relax before going about my day. Today i was approached by 5 different individuals harassing me for food and money and even cigarettes all withing the 45 minute time frame i was here. The staff doesnt say anything so I feel very uncomfortable. I help individuals when I am able to but the transients that come here know they can do what they please at free will. They even stand by the ordering window in the drive through for hours on end again with no one saying anything about it. I hope the district manger reads this because I know I am not the only one who has experienced these issues at this location. We all have compassion for people in need but enabling is where we should draw the line
