i come here almost every morning and every single morning i walk out their door disappointed. i get the most simple drinks. like a strawberry refresher or a black tea. and they never shake it. it taste warm and definitely not refreshing. half the time when i order a big size there’s hardly any ice. i thought y’all had measured scoops?! i’ve seen how they shake drinks at other starbucks. it’s not hard to do. they don’t do it out of pure laziness. either do ur job or don’t work there at all. i felt tyra when she said “it is so bad i wanna give u a 0 but that’s not possible so i give u, a 1⭐️“

My once a month Frappachino. Their drive thru is always very efficient. Even though there was a line, it moves pretty quickly. My fav Starbucks

Absolutely amazing costumer service, always so happy and ready. I cannot express how much I love going to this Starbucks location in Old Grove Rd, Oceanside. My to go Starbucks all the time, Thank you to all the Baristas for such an amazing work.

Came here to this location this morning, and ordered inside. Ashton was my barista and was so kind and patient and just a good energy. They got my order fast too. Both things don’t always happen at Starbucks. Ty Ashton!

Slow drive through service even when inside has only a couple guest. I sat there for quite a while and no one even came up to greet me, take payment or anything. If a manager cared, they should look into it. Actually left without my order and went to McDonalds to get an iced coffee. When I left McDonalds drive-thru the person behind me in the drive-thru was still sitting there!

I come to this Starbucks 2-3 days a week. I’ve been working through the pandemic with the public the whole time. I can commiserate with the staff and I always wear my mask out of respect. However, I asked for a specific drink (grande iced vanilla chai with an add shot, light ice). They made it wrong last week but I thought it was just a one time thing. They made it wrong again today, it was basically all milk with no added espresso. I kindly asked for them to remake it and the girl making the drink said something under her breath and rolled her eyes. The drink was still made wrong when they gave me my new drink. All I ask is if you make a mistake, own up to it and just fix it- no questions asked. I’m always pleasant with all the staff, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back. This was the first and last complaint I’ll be making. To clarify, the cashier at the window was great, but the barista making the drinks should learn how to take some criticism when a drink is made wrong.

Wow, wow, wow. I didn't know they were open at 430 AM on Wednesdays. So stoked I dint have to go to 7-11 for poop coffee. Thx to all that had to get up early and make me my delicious sugar free vanilla and almond milk latte. 😁
