I was very impressed with Elizabeth’s customer service. It was my first time going to El Pollo Loco and she was very accommodating. She explained the items on the menu and had a pleasant demeanor. When she wasn’t taking care of customers she kept busy wiping down tables and keeping the facility tidy.

Here's why the salad I ordered was the best!! There is actual lettuce in it and not filled with lettuce spines. It was so good that I ordered the tostado to take home for dinner! The shrimp done to perfection & just enough to taste it!

The customer service was good, The restaurant is neat and clean, We received our food quickly and our order was correct. We tried the birria quesadilla and taco. They were are a hard pass for me.

The chicken here is ok. My chicken tostada salad with black beans is always great. The tortilla soup was the worst!! The broth tasted like water. If I was still at the location. I would get my money back. 👎🏾😒👎🏾😐

Usually delicious !! except today the 26th, idk who is working there right now but some of the chicken had raw pieces and the coleslaw has to be from the day before because I eat here about 3 times a week and it's never tasted like this..

My favorite El Pollo loco in North county The crew is always so friendly and helpful! My orders are always correct hot and fresh I believe they go out of their way to make every order correct they set the standard for El Pollo loco's and that's why I drive out of my way to go there!

Why can't I get my order correct? Then get an attitude at the drive thru. I don't understand, if you're not happy with your job, Why work there.

Customer service is good. The food subpar. I had high expectations. I got home and I was dissapointed with the quality and the value of what you pay for. Never buying again. I rather do the drive to San Marcos and buy at Compadres Grilled Chicken. For $18-19. You get what you get here for $25-$26 But 10x better quality and flavor and you get real salsas and corn tortillas. Of course that's on top of the two amazing large sides of rice and beans. Their Tacos al carbon were the worst Tacos and overpriced I ever got. Rip off. I dont mind paying for food I hate over paying if the quality is NOT there.
