Very disappointed in a store we enjoy visiting for a sweet treat. I called to let the staff know that I had found a long blonde hair in my ice cream and they informed me there was nothing they would do about it because there was no proof that it was true information. I'm sorry but I believe it is the stores responsibility to not only to satisfy their customers but to replace faulty product. I wasn't even asking for my $6 returned, just a hair free ice cream.

I was given the wrong flavor drink. I had my 6mo old and 3yr old with me ~I didn't try the drink until after we arrived home 20 min later (there was no way I could go back to Make it right) next time I was in the area I stopped in with my receipt and let them know the error. They looked at me like I was crazy when I asked if they could correct it or even just offer me a discount for the inconvenience. They told me I would have had to bring it up with the girl who made the mistake that day. I explained to them that it was a 20-minute Drive and unfortunately I wasn't able to do that. Instead of offering great customer service and making this right they have lost a customer over a coffee.

So many choices - I love to sample new flavors or ones I haven't had in a while until I get the one that makes my pallet says - yup, that's what I want! Then a double sugar
cone is my usual choice. Their lot is small so parking is tight.

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I came here a couple of times and had good service but today was different.I tried to buy a cake for my son but the employees were taking so much time laughing with each other. I was patient enough for them to write the words down but I got a coupon for a free birthday scoop of ice cream and showed it to the employee. She said ok and took the cup and scooped some ice cream. Now the employee was kind of clumsy and she just put the scoop into the cup. The ice cream started to spill but she wiped it off with her hands and closed the cap on. It was kind of dirty so I asked her to redo it, but she just kept asking what was wrong with it. After a couple more times I asked her to redo it, she just threw the cup into the sink, mad about what happened and started to do it again. I'm not sure if this is usual but I think that the customer service has to improve more.

Came here once with a coupon that i showed a worker before picking what i wanted to get and she said the coupon could be used so we order our sundaes and at the end she couldnt honor the coupon bc we got a scoop too much. Not a big deal it was just a little annoying. Ice cream was still bomb.

Great customer service. Our 1st time here and was really surprised it was attached to Togo's. The sundaes are delicious.

I have been able to find plenty of BR stores after moving to virginia.
I have never found anything that can top TOGO'S, and I really wish I could still eat there...

Got my daughters birthday ice cream cake here and they did it perfectly! Staff was very nice and had everything ready quickly.
