What a gem! We had the most special dining experience. The owner greets you, reviews the menu and then cooks the most incredible meal. True dining experience. Food was outstanding. Can’t wait to come back.

This place is outstanding!! The atmosphere is serene and soothing and the food is AMAZING! Everything is fresh and made to order. The Grilled Medley is to die for and the Fattoush Salad is a party in your mouth. This place is a gem💯 We will definitely be returning!

I was looking for a place to have lunch at and a lot of places were closed due to Covid-19. Then I found Cafe 28! What a hidden diamond in the ruff! The owner, Muhammad is a wonderful man with a huge heart and his restaurant offers excellent quality authentic Egyptian food. I was absolutely blown away by the quality, taste and experience there! The food is rich in flavor and is so delicious! But the atmosphere is exquisite!! He offers outside dining and when it is allowed he will be able to open the inside as well. You can tell that care and love goes into every dish served. I highly recommend this restaurant!

We always dine here when visiting family. Everything about this restaurant is a pleasure and delight. Beginning with the quaint ambiance of the restaurant to the polite/professional greeting from the waiter (son of owner). His gracious demeanor and expertise while serving is a lost art. And the food!!! So fresh and flavorful; presented beautifully!!
Why this establishment is not rated 5 stars across the board is shocking to us.
Highly recommend this wonderful delight to your senses!!

This is a hidden gem! Every dish is better than the last! The vegetarian moussaka was amazing! The hummus is delicious! The lamb shank...tender and juicy. Don't miss this outstanding restaurant.
