Dynasty Buffet

Went to this place today, ordered sweet and sour chicken and beef with broccoli. Waited and watched the woman at front counter flirt with other customers and when my food was ready she handed it.over. Upon getting home, near OS high school I look into the bag to discover that they never gave me the sweet and sour sauce. When I called I got the same female that took the order who once I said the order she remembered me. When I mentioned there was no sweet and sour sauce she began to laugh and said you want to come back. When I told her no, she just continued to laugh and I ended the call. This place delivers, but I received no apology or offer to have the sauce delivered, just the laughing girl who could care less. I hope everyone who reads this , heeds the warning as they don't care about customers, it's all a joke to them. Let's see if the owner has anything to say to this review. I notice the owner likes to respond to the 5 stars, let's see if he really cares about his customers.

I love this place, but when they call you after you place a delivery order. Then proceed to tell you "we will be charging an extra $30 dollars to your order because our driver does not want to drive anywhere" it changes No thank you, I will take business elsewhere. It is not my problem you have lazy drivers, and it is not my responsibility to have to pay an extra $30 bucks to make your workers work. If they want that kind of money..... go work at McDonald's.

ZERO STARS….. the waitress was very short, with no manners. They asked us what we would like to drink before we were even seated, that took 5 minutes itself, while doing so the waitress thought it was ok to tuck our silverware under her armpit to hold it while she wrote everything down. She was all over the place ( drugs) when trying to seat us. I asked for a booth and she told me that area of the restaurant was closed. After about five minutes of being there, others were seated in the “closed” area. There was little to no food. We were constantly watched. I typically never leave reviews, just read them before going anywhere and this place was not what was expected. Would not recommend and won’t be returning. Also talked terribly about us right in front of us as if we couldn’t understand! SAD experience! Wish we went somewhere els.

I read the reviews online before I went to this restaurant and thought the good out weighed the bad but I'm so glad I didn't take my family in because as I was entering the building, all the waitress just stared at me as I was walking to look at the food on the buffet...As I'm walking away from seeing what they had on the buffet, I asked one waitress how much the buffet was and she rudely said 9.99 when on the website it says 7.99 per person during lunch hours.So I decided to just not eat there.The bad reviews of this restaurant is very true!!
