we went in there this morning, they had one dude working no one else, and me and my dad watched him drop an egg on the floor, pick it up with tongs, and place it on someone’s croissant. absolutely ridiculous, needless to say we left. i hope this gets taken care of. makes you wonder how many
people he’s done that too.

Just stood in line for 20 minutes and half of that was at the window for the girl to never come back to the window to take any orders. Ridiculous service. Also, no food? It’s Sunday at 9am. Do better.

Ordered a frozen mocha small, strawberry frosted donut with sprinkles, orders of bacon cheese roll ups, iced mocha latte - the place was normal breakfast rush-hour, personal making the coffee’s was VERY slow and was drinking his own coffee in between making drinks… team was very unorganized

It was so nice to be greeted with such an infectious smile as the employee took my order. We need more people like her to make our day.

The biggest iced latte you will find ...they are also the quickest latte makers and have it down to a science. Best bang for your latte buck!
