This location does not exist, we could not find the one on Rochester St. There are two dippin dots on the boardwalk, we went to the one between 2nd and 3rd Street and it was great. We have a food allergy so the 4 non dairy ice flavors really helped. They also have regular hard ice cream at a reasonable price, only a dollar extra for a big waffle cone! I wish they had had seating but the location farther up the boards did have seating.

The ice cream is a little pricey but it's very good. Cotton Candy, Banana Split, and Mint Chocolate Chip are the best flavors.
