On our way to Berlin, we stooped by Chipotle to enjoy their lime chicken and rice, with corn added. Delicious and filling. Easy ordering and clean inside.

i asked for a kids cheese quesadilla, but i just got a tortilla with a sprinkle of cheese. the price was off by $9 and i had to borrow money from a friend because they lied about the price on the menu. i had to provide my own sprinkled cheese and i will NOT come back to this establishment. i am very mad and am now $14 short of something that cost $4.45. unacceptable.

Food was great. I highly recommend the brisket. I question their sanitation though. They just leave all the tables full of food n don't clean up...... Makes me wonder what else they do, or rather don't do

I went to Chipotle and waited in line for a half an hour and someone ahead of me in line turned around and announced that they were out of rice and beans. Who wants a burrito without rice or beans?!? It's poor product management or simply not caring about serving customers enough to bring out a fresh bin of food. The same thing happened to a friend of mine a week ago. They got there a half hour before they closed and they were out of lettuce, guacamole, cheese and sour cream. You only serve 1 product Chipotle, and variations on a heme...poor performance.

Categorically, and without doubt, the worst experience of my entire life. I understand being short staffed, but forcing customers to order online, using a system that has more errors than a 15 innings baseball game, is OUTRAGEOUS. 30 minutes later, my order was rejected with a lovely "OOPS, Try Again" message. I did try again ... three more times. Nothing. Chipotles, if they're looking to anger customers. Mission accomplished!! I won't spend money there again. And one star was me being generous.

$13 burrito bowl with extra chicken that actually didn’t get extra. $10 for regular burrito bowl.

I chose this over other options based on it being $7 loaded up.

With being a oc local I know how this chipotle use to run…. Those days are dead and gone. The place is filthy, no one is friendly, orders are always wrong. I rarely ever leave a negative review but I’m hoping higher management will see theses reviews and make a change.
If you’re looking for a chipotle fix I recommend driving a littler extra further to the location up town!
