We got a half bushel of crabs from here. They were really great except 12 were a bit mealy on the inside and we couldn’t eat them. I called a couple of days later and they were great about fixing the situation. They gave us 12 crabs to make up for the ones we couldn’t eat and they were delicious too. Highly recommend!

It’s a whole in the wall type of place, right next to a Seven Eleven, but reasonably priced and good seafood. We split the seafood platter which included a price of fried fish, crab cake, fried shrimp and coleslaw. The crab cake was delicious and had very little filler which is what I like to see! There are a few tables outside to sit and you can go next door and get a drink at the Seven Eleven, as they don’t sell beverages. Overall, this was a good find!

Always great food! The steamed shrimp are a good size and yummy! The soups, fries, crabcake sandwich, coleslaw, and chicken tenders are so good! The crab deviled eggs were pretty good.

My grand daughter and I traveled to Ocean City for the long weekend. We googled Rippons after seeing a sign and based on reviews decided to have dinner there our first full day in OC. After inquiring about the "fish and chips" basket, we were told the fish was "Hake", I actually grew up eating Hake in Baltimore (many years ago), it was a Friday staple and I've always loved the taste of the fish. After living and traveling to many places in the US and not being able to find Hake fish, whenever I would go back to Baltimore I would always intentionally make a stop somewhere to purchase. I was SO happy to find out Rippons actually had the fish. We enjoyed it SO much we went back and had lunch on the day we were leaving OC. Thanks for taking me down memory lane Rippons!

Ordered 2 dozen medium crabs, some medium shrimp, and hushpuppies. Crabs were the smallest I’ve ever had. Hushpuppies were burnt. Shrimp were good. Would never eat here again. This place should be called “ripoffs”

If you are looking for a great place to get seafood, rippons is the place you want to go. Attached to the 7-11, you would not think you would find awesome seafood in a place like this, bit you would be wrong! Never disappointed when I have ordered food from Rippons. This past visit I ordered the seafood platter, a large piece of fish, lump crab cake, fried shrimp with fries and coleslaw.
